Big Apple Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Florida

Hate to do this to a local business but what I experienced was unacceptable. On their website, they have their prices VERY under represented. For my order specifically, we ordered (2)16” cheese pizza’s listed at $10 each. A cheese calzone listed at $8 and 12 garlic knots listed at $6. All totaling $34 plus tax close to $40……well when we went to pick it up and pay for it, they said it was $61.77. Very different. When we went to say this must be a mistake, we asked for the manager. He didn’t seem much to care so we asked for a menu. After clearly not wanting to get a menu, he went to the back to grab a menu for us to find the prices on there totally different. Once we pointed out the differences, he claimed that it’s a “typo online”…if it was one item, I’d understand if it’s a typo. That’s simply not a typo, that’s straight false advertisement. On the menu they gave, the 16” cheese pizza is $16 (not $10), the calzone was $12 (not $8) and the 12 garlic knots is $12! (not $6). Please ask for your total over the phone when you order because they didn’t give us a total after the order either. I personally won’t be going back after...

Oh my gosh!!! I started with the Caprese, basil so fresh, the tomatoes obviously non GMO, beautiful disks of mozzarella the glaze on top was just what I was wanting and looking for not to be left out its ample size, Let me tell you, this place had the most tender, & moist 2 nice sized chicken breast in the Chicken Parmigiana. The breading was spot on and the sauce on the parmigiana? You can taste the time it took to make this perfection! The taste of this sauce is soo good! Now the cheese!! Such an important part. I am a hard judge when it comes to how much cheese is on my Italian meals. This place did not disappoint me. So glad I tried the new place in town 3 Guys Pizzeria ...

Moving here from up north, I am always looking for a great pizza place, Liked the reviews on Google so decided to give them a try. I called in my pick up order of 2 pizzas and cheese bread. When I arrived I noticed a board offering specials, I was annoyed I wasn't made aware of the great 2 pizza deal. My total was $42 where the almost same order was a $25 special. We usually stick with Papa John's because for average pizza, they are so much cheaper. The owner saw I was upset and refunded my difference!! Above and beyond customer service!! Oh and the food was delicious. Would include a photo but there is nothing left. Thank you so very much Hoosier Pizza - Welcome to...
