FYE — Local services in Jensen Beach

I will never shop here again. Before Christmas I was doing gift shopping and ended up in fye. At checkout i was asked if I wanted to save money by signing up for vip. "Sure" I thought, and went for it. I was never told if any cost, and 2 months later I see a charge to fye that I didn't do, so I called them up to find it what it was. I was told it was the vip package and I'll be billed monthly, so I requested a refund and to cancel. I was told that I should have gotten all the information in a welcome packet, along with a $20 gift card - I never got any packet of any kind. I decided to wait for the other to see what it had in it and stayed with the vip membership. 2 more months went by with no packet so I called back to request a refund and to cancel again and was told the packet went out the day before. I told him I don't care and that I want to cancel, then had to listen to him throw all kinds of "deals" at me to try and change my mind. At this point I was just getting mad and told him that I don't want any membership, I don't want his deals, and I want a refund. I was told there are no refunds but he'll cancel the membership. I hadn't even been back to fye since before Christmas so I had no benefits at all from that, I did get the gift card 2 weeks later, which had to be filled out and mailed back to them so that they could mail me back a real gift card. I have never shopped anywhere with such a convoluted, round about, stupidly put...

I went to pick up some last minute presents for some family members and though they have a huge CD collection and some really cool novelty items there. There were a few problems, their novelty items was a cluster, nothing was priced correctly. Things that were marked for sale didn't have the actual sales price on them and a lot of items didn't even have prices on them. No one asked if we needed anything and when I got to the register to pay, the computer crashed. The only thing that made up for it was the young man behind the counter he had great customer service even though you could see he had been dealing with the computer crashing on him before and I'm guessing some customers must have been very rude to him. He assured me that the charges were not doubled and he apologized for the inconvenience and rushed to bag my items and double check to make sure I did not recieve another charge. I would recommend going for gift items but double check the prices...

this story was a mixed bag. one day I went there and it was completely closed for no apparent reason the next day I returned and it was fully staffed with a very helpful and friendly staff. they have a great rewards program where if I understood correctly just for signing up you receive 10% off all of your purchases not just the initial purchase. I was looking for a collectible items they had a decent selection but even with the promotion they were running they were overpriced and a lot of them were damaged. I did end up returning some of the items and the staff was still extremely friendly and helpful which you often don't experience when doing a return in a specialty store. they have a fun variety of...
