Terrible tragic experience. First off, the dude we did the financing with for the bed we bought kept mentioning how âcool it was we live on the same streetâ (mind you we moved from that address two years ago) & it was just the billing address for the card. Later that SAME DAY, weâre getting charges on our card from LITTLE CESARS PIZZA đđ WEST PALM BEACH getting delivered to the street of the address we used to live. Immediately we call to shut it down & have to play musical chairs switching our autopay bills around to a new card now, report it to their manager bc this was too close of a coincidence to have happen. Thank god the dude didnât go trying to buy no hot tub with it. BE careful who you do any sort of financing with this is personal info youâre giving out & to be hiring just anyone is insane bc theft is not acceptable of any kind. I bet they donât even bother doing background checks on these fools.
Now onto the TERRIBLE QUALITY Bed we purchased with the frame that is led light around it && moved up n down like a hospital bed. When they delivered it the two dudes must of been high bc it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to get into our apartment from across the street of the location where we are. I guess bad day to be aGPS. When they finally arrived, they had zero care in the world or consideration for the foundation of our home as they left several scratches and marks on the walls setting the bed up. Thanks đ love scrubbing đ§˝ these out in my free time to avoid not getting my deposit back for this apartment
After all this I still debated on posting this review bc I figured ok maybe theyâve snuck a few bad apples into hiring, but the amount we paid for this bed was not worth the price, nor the hassle or discomfort of having it. The bottom frame has completely came apart, the frame Light went out not even 2 months after having it, now thereâs even a needle sticking out of the mattress at the bottom? Incredibly frustrating hazard â ď¸ & we will have to trash this now. Such a waste just completely useless

This year alone, I purchased a couch, love seat, dining room set, patio storage chest, pillows, covers, and two patio chairs--my first purchase from Rooms To Go Patio. I spent nearly $1,000 on those chairs, trusting the salesperson's assurance that they were weather-resistant and required little to no maintenance. We were also sold an insurance policy that promised cleaning support or replacement in case of staining. Within a month, both chairs developed stains that I couldn't remove. The insurance company reviewed photos and claimed it was mold. Despite my efforts to clean them and my history of never having issues with patio furniture, the stains persisted. When I returned to the store, the salesperson was sympathetic and agreed the chairs shouldn't look like that after such a short time. She promised the store manager would call me. He never did. I had to follow up multiple times, and when he finally responded via email, he deflected responsibility to customer service and suggested a bleach and Dawn solution. I tried it--no improvement. I explained that this might be a defect in the material, but he insisted it was a maintenance issue and stopped responding meaningfully. No one ever came to inspect the chairs. No professional cleaning was offered. No replacement. Just a loop of emails and dead ends. After three months, the chairs look terrible. Rooms To Go has shown no interest in standing by their product or their promises. Salesman stated if anything was wrong with any of the pieces, the delivery team would take them back with them and place a replacement order for that piece. Its a lie. The delivery team delivers only. We noticed some of the chairs had some scuffing, so delivery guys took pics of them and reported them. Rooms to Go sent a tech with touch up paint to work on them. Thus far, acceptable. The problem is that 2 of the chairs have shorter legs, so.they wobble. We noticed this after the delivery team had left. The tech that came with the touch up paint said all chairs wobble slightly and to NOT look for perfection, to relax and accept things as they were, minor things in life. Minor to him, we thought. We had just shelled a lot of money for the furniture. We were very dissapointed with his answer and the quality of such nice looking product. But, WE LEARNED... We had plan to puchase a full living room set from Rooms to Go, Eric Church Highway to Heaven collection, with warranty and everything, but if that is the attitude of Rooms to Go, what can be expected? Needless it is to say we are not buying from them again. So, buyers beware. They have nice looking furniture but the quality is not good. Don't believe what sellers tell you in store.
