Lovely park with a beautiful cliff-side view overlooking Hoboken to reveal a picture-perfect view of the entire Manhattan skyline. They have electrical outlets around the fountain and on the ceiling of the gazebo (if you have a really tall friend who can climb cuz they are almost impossible to reach), which allows visitors to charge any electronics from cell phones to electric scooters or e-bikes. The only thing bad about this park is there is absolutely nowhere to go to the bathroom. And not many stores, restaurants, etc. will allow the public to use theirs, and most of them have signs stating that their facilities are strictly for paying customers only so I advise anyone to make sure you go at home right before you head out to the park. 😉

I'm a martial arts teacher based in Central Jersey with a branch in the Jersey City/Hoboken Area. I've trained here many times with my students when we feel like going outdoors. Being greeted by the breathtaking Manhattan skyline is always a treat. I liked it so much, I decided to hold a weekend seminar here. The park also features a very cute farmer's market on Sundays in the summer, and live music is often played as well. I was there when a live reggae band was playing. Even though it was a little rainy, the observation deck is still a great spot to be at since it has a very nice roof. The best way to see New York is from Jersey, and this is one of the best places in Jersey to see it.

This is a most lovely addition to the heights neighborhood of jersey city. It took awhile to finish construction but they did a fabulous job. Places to sit, contemplate, eat, and play punctuated by a fountain, a gazebo, and a kids play area. It offers amazing views of both upper and lower Manhattan. With the heights located 100ft above Hoboken the vistas capture NYC perfectly. Farmers market on the weekend. Only negative is the lack of bathroom facilities unless I’m not looking hard enough?

Nice park with beautiful NYC landscape view. Video url: https://photos.app.goo.gl/nRd6vyFDLi9uxERN7

Pros: 24 hr children play area unlike Washington park. has small splash pad for summers that children can enjoy with water. Fair enough walking area and garden space. nice Patio with shade for the view and fully accessible. picnic area for get together and dining and celebrating. It has nice railing above so you can aslo decorate well I guess. basket ball courts and tiny golf court as well. Mini library to share/exchange books with others. good for dog walking with trash bags. Sundays they have farmers market from 10am to 2pm. overall very nice. it has a nice birds care place that I dont remember exact term for it, but I really appreciate the efforts behind it's maintenance. electric car charging station. Next to the patio.

Cons: really nothing major. No restrooms/washrooms. just a bit small compared to near by Washington and Pershing field parks.

Highly recommended to visit. I love sipping coffee or even...
