The post office is supposed to be open at 8:30 a.m. I had to run a bunch of errands and had a tight schedule that day. I get to the post office at 9:00 a.m. and it was closed. No sign, nothing. In addition to myself there were two other people waiting to get in. What is that about? They closed in the middle of the day with no one there to cover lunch hours, and here it is a Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. and no one is there to take care of me. Unbelievable and unacceptable. If I could give a zero I would.

Read moreI encountered an employee who displayed very poor customer service. The employee appeared disinterested, spent the entire time on the phone, and barely acknowledged my presence. There was a lack of communication throughout the interaction, leaving me puzzled. However, when another person arrived, that employee suddenly became more talkative.
