The people are nice, but I was dissapointed when a simple request was overlooked. I asked for a nail trim/buff and the hair between our girls paws to be cleaned up (I specifically requested that the tops NOT be touched/cut, as we have a Cavalier and like the "grinch" feet as her hair is just beginning to grow in). Our usual mobile groomer was booked up so I tried this spot since it's close to our house. Didn't feel they did a good job truly getting in between the paws, as there was more hair that still needed to be removed. And it wasn't until I left that I noticed that they cut all the hair around our girls back paws. The front ones were left alone. So now...two separate looks on her feet. I think the communication of my request went to the actual groomer mid way through the process. And our girls nails also weren't done as good as what we're used to. If these simple requests can't be carried out, we surely...

This is a really nice spa for your pet. Super friendly staff great customer service. But if you’re very particular about your pets needs you might want to reconsider. I’m not sure if it was just the inexperienced young girl that was grooming my dog or, if this was just their standard way of grooming but..I have a miniature schnauzer and my dogs face was barely trimmed and I specifically asked for it to be cut a certain way. Not only that, one of her eyebrows is now shaved off shorter than the other and will probably take months to grow back. It was my first time getting my dog serviced there so I thought I was pretty thorough and clear in my explanation as to what I wanted done. So I’m not sure if it was just the person grooming my dog was just inexperienced or what. But overall it’s not a bad place just not for someone particular like me....

I have 1 year old Miniature Poodle and weighs around 10 -15 lbs. This was his first professional grooming After COVID. So, I was a bit apprehensive about taking him here. I was growing out his hair for months now in order to get Korean style Teddy Bear Cut. He was so happy entering the building. Started licking the groomers and wagging his small tail non stop. That was very heart warming and a relief. I explained the haircut I wanted and showed a picture of the haircut I wanted for him and wanted a full look. So they wouldn’t cut a lot of his fur off. The groomer did so well and my puppy looked so adorable. His hair was blown out and his face it’s super cute. They put Christmas bandanna on him. I was quoted $90 through the phone but ended paying $70 for the service and left $15 Tip for the groomer. Looks so much better in person then...
