I have come to this dispensary weekly (sometimes twice a week) for the past 2 years or more. Today I decided that I would NEVER return. When I went in today, there was a black man speaking loudly, no angrily or anything like that, just loudly (almost as if he had a hearing issue, I'll explain more on that later) to the receptionist (a white or Latino woman). A black woman came out, joked with the man, he joked back (loudly, but friendly and jokingly), and she went back into the other room. Shortly thereafter, the man was sent to pay for his order. As soon as the door shut behind him, the receptionist said to everyone in the waiting room (2 white women, 1 white man, and myself, a black woman) "God! He's always so loud! It's always something with him!! I just wish he would stop, but you know how they are." Eveyone in the room, except me of course, laughed and started to ridicule, disrespect and mock that man. They talked about how he "must be manic, heeheehee". They made fun of him and his disability. I was appalled and enraged. I told the receptionist that she was wrong and should be fired for starting that band of disrespectful people to berating that man. He is A PATIENT!! He deserves respect and an apology!! When I told the black woman what was being said, she was more concerned with the fact that I was upset over his treatment, than she was about his treatment. It was then that I asked to use all of my points because I would not be back. That broad responded with "I have to ask you to stop upsetting the customers, or Security will have to escort you out." I never upset anyone, other than the white people that berated and mocked that patient. I literally had a panic attack watching them treat him like that. And then to be threatened with security when I spake up in his defense?!?! No, I don't know that man. But I am obligated to stand up for those that cannot stand for themselves. That poor man didn't even realize what was being said about him. When he saw that I was upset, he asked me (loudly) why I was upset. I told him because I did not like what they said about him (I spake in my normal tone). He inclined his head as if trying to hear me, and then said "Yea, they have good prices. The wait can be bad, but it's ok." I almost cried because he did not understand what I said. When I was leaving, I suggested he go to any other dispensary, where he would be treated with respect by the staff (I said this a little more loudly than I had first spoken). He told me "I'm going to North Carolina to visit my family." SMH That evil receptionist berated, mocked and ridiculed a man that is obviously deaf or hard of hearing, and has a qualifying medical condition. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I will NEVER give my money to this dispensary again. I will go to ZenLeaf or Beyond/Hello. They can have my money, but I'll never give another dime to ANY TRULIEVE...

Just a quick follow-up. I was desperate for help as I have 3 ruptured discs in my neck, if I look left even slightly for more than a few seconds, my entire left side starts tingling and evolves into excruciating pain.
