I bought 2 Apple iPhones cash was surprised no discount was offered .On one of the phones the employee couldn't transfer my contacts over to my new IPhone so it had to be done manually. Never owned an iPhone before but I was told it's not hard to learn. I Went back 2 days later to see if I could just switch back to my Android the stylus ,was told I can return it within 7 days but won't receive my activations charges $25.00 x 2 and $60.00 x2 for the month they want paid in advance even if I was going to stay with a different phone and plan I would have to pay all those fees again instead of cricket just transferring it and staying with there business. Doesn't make any sense but I'm not giving $170.00 to them and not use there service for 1 month. You learn from your mistakes. One way...

Fantastic experience, was with straight talk and ever since Verizon bought them out we've had nothing but issues that couldn't be remedied. We finally had enough of it and went to see what cricket had to offer at the store, was not disappointed.

Extremely competitive pricing, great deals on phones and above all I have to say staff "Shelby" put in a lot of effort to transfer from straight talk. Staff was well educated on the products provided and made the transfer as seamless as possible.

I would highly recommend for people who aren't looking to sign into a contract with a expensive major company, they use the same AT&T towers that everybody else...
