Lucy, the manager yelled at me yesterday for my service animal. I tried to explain the law (she can ask only two questions: is that a service animal, and what service does it provide). She yelled over me and said she would go get the law. I told her to get the law so she can get educated. Today I returned and I asked her in passing if she found out the law yet.
