Used for a company event and was disappointed with functionality of the room. 4 of puzzles did not function correctly with little help from the representative running the game. The owner was extremely polite and offered for a free game next visit. The broken puzzles caused wasted time and confusion

Updating review after owners comment below: Listed to the owner 3 different puzzles that didn’t work (the flashlight burnt out, the radioactive puzzle didn’t not work, and a complete missing part of the fuse box). Without requesting a clue (again not as the owner described below) we were given the suggest to try the crystal again. We said we tried all the crystal and were left in silence which lead us to search multiple rooms for additional hidden crystals that didn’t exists. Basically looking around to find something that did not exists because of the broken puzzle. We were told to continue to shine the flashlight but it wasn’t working. The flashlight died before we could even get the puzzle to work. She said she would be down to fix it and gave us 2 mins back. By time we got to the broken fuse box, we didn’t even care as the experience was terrible. After the room there was a sign to leave a review. Before I could even leave the review the owner told me “it better be positive.” When i told her it wouldn’t be, she insisted on coming back for free.I politely declined because it was so bad but she insisted to a point of uncomfortable, trying to show us the other rooms and geting us to stay to complete another. I left a 3-star review because this is a small business that we wanted to support, didn’t want to be rude. After the reply, there is a lack of accountability and standards for the owner. My team has done 4 locations in the area and would highly recommend the others! This was the absolute worst. The puzzle itself does not make any sense. 8 miners were trapped, 4 died, you need to figure out who died to escape the collapsed mine. Why would finding dead bodies help someone escape a collapsed mine shaft? Couldnt you figure out who died by who came out of the shaft alive (process of elimination). Conceptually, this was terrible. This place by far has the COOLEST escape rooms! My husband and I have done so many escape rooms across the US and this one was phenomenal. We did the Jurassic adventure escape room and we felt so immersed in the experience! Brandon was an awesome employee as well! He asked what our experience level was and gave us directions based on that which was super nice since we didn't need all of the "first time escape room basics". All of the equipment, puzzles, decorations, and tools were in perfect condition and not worn out like all the other escape room companies have (if you've done escape rooms before, you KNOW how great that is). My husband and I absolutely cannot wait to escape the other rooms!! We will definitely be repeat customers, and have already booked our next room!

This was one of our least favorite escape rooms that we’ve done. We’re by no mean experts, but we’ve done over 20 rooms in South Florida and were very disappointed with this one. We did the Ice themed room, and if you are an avid escape room fan, then the best way I can explain it is that it’s one of those rooms where the clues don’t actually require critical thinking. There is little tying together the clues to the story line, and the clues and puzzles feel very disconnected. The theming of the room was there, but you could also tell the room was older, it was clearly run down a bit and could use a refresh. Just an overall disappointing experience. Last thing I’ll say… if you do the ice room, BEWARE of the end. The alien ship that flies you home is an absolute liability. I am pregnant and can tell you right now that “ride” is not safe for pregnancy yet there are no warnings anywhere. Thankfully I immediately got up and stood in the corner of the room before things got too bad, but the intensity of that “ride” could result in a lawsuit if something goes wrong.
