Decided to go to this location with my friend on 02/05. When we walked in, the employees that were seating people did not greet us, they just talked to each other and stared at their iPads. It was the young lady who was behind the register, who got their attention to finally seat us. We sat down and our server, Megan, took our order. We told her that we will probably order more food later and we asked her to leave us a menu.We ordered a couple things and when she brought our food, everything was cold. It took a long time to even get our food so we decided that we wouldn’t complain but we did have to send the Belgium waffle back because it was too soggy. Our side of potatoes were also barely cooked. Before we finished eating our terrible cold food, Megan placed the check on the table and thanked us for our business at 1:30pm. We felt rushed by her and she made us feel like the company did not want our business. How could you give us a check when we aren’t done eating and when we specifically told you we will be ordering more food? Don’t get me wrong, the food was terrible so I would not have ordered more food but she didn’t even check on us.I’ve never experienced this at any of the other locations. Maybe it is just that location or the company has decided to change all of their recipes and decided to employ people that don’t want to do the job. Either way, I will not be eating at any of your restaurants ever again and I will be telling my family and friends to do the same. I would never get this treatment at Another...
Read moreMe and my husband Come from Hispanic heritage, and every time we go we are always seated far away and close to the bathroom and it’s been like five months already and I know all servers and they’re so rude and they first serve The people that are coming in after us first, and even serving their drinks, while as we are still waiting like 30 minutes for someone to come by. We are not people to be complaining about others. We know that they are busy and we know that it gets complicated afterwards but it’s been five months and we enjoy the food every Sunday but it’s getting to a point that it’s being now disrespectful and I feel they are targeting us In a way of being different. We are always served the wrong food, the wrong drinks, and they never refill a waters nor or drinks nor pick up the plates when they’re supposed to which dnds us to normally spend about two hours dining because of the lack of service and they expect us to to tip when they’re not actually servicing. I truly love this place and I truly love the food, but being honest is just the service From the servers. I won’t be coming back any soon, and I hope that I’m wrong in this case. And me and my husband like I said, we don’t complain we know that they get busy but it’s always us and we’ve seen other friends being treated the same way and being honest I don’t...
Read moreA place to get healthy eats and drinks without the "health-food" surcharge. First Watch has a wide and competent menu with great breakfast and lunch fare, most with a healthy twist. Had the Parm skillet with scrambled and got a nice meal of perfectly roasted veggies, potato covered in scrambled and parmigiana cheese. Tasty, but low salt consumers beware, it is well-seasoned. The server brought us coffee in our own pot and I found it to be a really tasty cup, really fresh brewed. No "old pot" flavors. The place is an open hall plan, so don't expect a quiet dining experience. I went on a busy Sunday morning and I was shouting at my guest across the table. Service was very solid and attentive. If you're looking for something a little better for your body than IHOP or Denny's, First Watch is a suitable alternative. Not a date place, but forgive them that and you'll have a nice health-oriented meal at an...
