The worst Walgreens experience I ever had. This location brings shame to the image of Walgreens. The store manager Marc has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The pharmacy informed my girlfriend that they could do a partial fill on her prescription. I showed up to pick it up thinking it would be an in and out experience. Well I was wrong. The pharmacy Tech lied to my face telling me they were completely out of the medication. I then called my girlfriend to inform her of this update, she told me she was told she would get a partial fill of 30 tablets. After standing back in line to inform the pharmacy tech of this information, the pharmacist then told me she could only do 15 tablets. So they lied about being completely out. They had even more than they were filling for the prescription. If the common person doesn’t know this about Walgreens, let me catch you up to speed. Over the last 20 years pain clinics have been an issue for anyone who fills prescriptions. Real doctors take cash to write scrips for illegitimate patients. Walgreens answer to this was to tell the patient that they were out of the medication every time they came to the window, with hopes they would give up or go somewhere else. So I know this was the pathway they were choosing when dealing with me. After agreeing to fill a partial amount, I stood around for an hour and every time I asked about it they told me more time. I decided to leave and ask for the store manager. Store manager Marc shows up and asks what I need. I explain the situation and tell him I feel humiliated and disrespected and just want the pharmacists name so I can report my issue with corporate. Marc decides he’s going to get defensive and tell me I’m assuming things about his terrible customer service in pharmacy and refuses to give me any names of the people who treated me so unfairly. I was a manager at a Walgreens in the past and I see now that we have drifted away from good customer service and patient care. CVS is now the superior store which breaks my heart to say. But I will never go back to another Walgreens again after being treated like that. I would never recommend anyone to go to this Walgreens. Bring better store managers like Bonnie Rivera to these places to...
Read moreSent over an RX to this location, after calling and confirming with the pharmacist that they do in fact have the product. Sat there for hour and a half for them to tell me 1 part of the rx is ready but never received anything from doctor on the 2nd part. The pharmacist refused to cooperate and talk to the doctor. Who was on the other line on hold with the same store I’m standing in. I was pushed to the side by every customer that I watched come in. We will find another pharmacy going forward! Absolutely un called for and un professional. My client is at home in pain waiting for is prescription they’re just playing with. Frank is the pharmacist on duty, on a real power trip. I was asked to leave becuase his insecurity couldn’t handle my real life conversation with the doctor, as he sits and waits for someone to answer the phone! I’ve never seen a pharmacist act in this manner and o have been picking up regularly for 8 years! He...
Read moreI have never experienced such an awful pharmacy. When they just don’t feel like answering the phone they just pick up and put people on hold endlessly. I spent an hour and a half today throughout the day trying to uncover why they rejected my daughter’s refill. I called the doctor only to find out they did it despite the doctor having a refill. By 7pm I finally got the “pharmacist” on the phone and called him out on his and his staffs antics of purposely avoiding calls. He denied it. Based on all these reviews I am unsure how he still has a job but see I don’t write reviews and walk away and forget my frustrations especially when it involves my kids. I needed that script before my daughter went out of town. Now she won’t have her meds in time. I called corporate and won’t stop until this is handled. Find a different pharmacy. This one...
