I'm only give this a two because the pizza was actually pretty good. But I went in and I had a coupon for a free pizza which had no limit to what pizza could and couldn't be free. I waiting 30min in line which I figured would be worth it. I got two pizzas, one being a simple pie and also a chocolate milk and a drink. Mind you one was supposed to be free. My total came up to $19.69. I ask for a receipt, the cashier was heistate at first. Then she gave me it. When I got in my car, I actually look at my receipt the total read $9.89 in cash. I paid with card. So I went back in. It wasn't even 5 min yet. The manager told me they couldn't not find my receipt, but that they would refund for the smaller pizza (simple pie). She gave it back to me in cash which was $6 dollars and change. I told her, I paid with a card, is it possible to get it back the way I paid for it. She said no sorry. Read moreAfter eating at the Blaze on PGA Blvd, I was very excited for the Blaze opening in Jupiter. Since it opened a couple weeks ago, I've been in a few times with varying experiences. I've found that the quality of service is extremely dependent on the current staff on shift. Sometimes the service and pizza are both excellent; sometimes they both are awful. During my visit today, the pizza was great, but the service was very rushed, almost to the point of being rude. At my last visit, my pizza took almost twenty minutes because it was pressed into an oval by the presser and somehow wasn't weeded out until it was out of the oven. Additionally, I've seen the staff having issues with their receipt and ticket printers every time I've been in. Not necessarily their fault, but perhaps the location was opened a bit hurriedly. Then I was told they were busy and would call me back. I waited 30 minutes to be called back. I heard nothing. I called and spoke to a manager named Luke. He told me I had to come in to get my pizza and refund. And told me “he didn’t know what to tell me” in a rude manner. Then he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and once again was hung up on. I called back several more times and nobody picked up the phone.
