By far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. It started when I walked in and the three girls at the register just stared at me like I landed from Mars and without ever greeting me or addressing me, I proceeded to place my order. I ordered two drinks and a chalupa. While awaiting my food, the girl proceeds to hand me two Baja blast freezes. I told the girl that I only wanted two fountain drinks so she handed me two cups and a chalupa and I returned to my seat. My girlfriend became hungry and she proceeded to order a crunch wrap supreme. She paid and before she could return to her seat the girl brought out a taco supreme. Now I realize that mistakes happen but this seemed a bit off that she messed up both of our orders back to back. So my girlfriend tells the girl that she ordered a crunch wrap supreme which I heard her order and the girl rings up a crunch wrap and asks for the total. My girlfriend had to explain to the girl that she already paid for a taco so she was only paying the difference. After getting a manager to help make the adjustments, my girl friend hands the girl the difference in change. Again I realize not the traditional method to pay but nonetheless this is not rocket science. So now the girl is standing there with the change from the refund along with the additional coins to make up the difference and her hands are laid out flat with a sheepish look on her face. She turns to the manager to ask for helping with counting the change. The manager then attempts to count the change 4 times before my girlfriend takes the change back, counts out enough change plus $.02 and places it on the counter and returns to our table. After getting on the turnpike to head back to Tampa, around the Stuart exit it occurs to me that I just paid over $10 for a chalupa and two fountain drinks. So I called the store to address the problem. The manager asks me for the exact total of my receipt. I can't remember the exact change so I suggested that she could ring up the same order (since she has access to the prices on the register) and apparently did not like that so she continues asking me for the exact price of the meal. Several back and forth jabs and she finally finds my receipt. Keep in mind after just sitting in the store for almost 40 minutes dealing with the Idiocracy, none of the employees remember that my girl friend and I were just in the store and it's funny because we were the only people in the store besides the 30 employees on staff. After I explained to her that we were almost 30 minutes north of the store by now she says, "You have to come back to the store for me to give you your refund. Well, don't you want your change sir?" Figuring I'd have a much better chance at getting a dog to speak English, I decided it wasn't worth arguing with the lady any further and I returned after a 46 mile detour to get my $6.19. Chic-fil-a being closed on Sunday is the ONLY reason other fast food chains are still in business. Take...
Read moreI ordered through the drive thru, got home which is only 10mins. from my store. Pull the Nacho Bell Grande which I ordered extra toppings no sour cream. First thing I noticed it was not hot/warm and it was not made incorrect. Returned with receipt in hand explaining to the cashier it's cold and made incorrect showing her my receipt. She took it to the back, that's when the manager loudly said this order came through over 30mins ago. I then stepped to the right where I can see and tell her that's not true, I have my receipt with time printed on it. As the manager THROW together which look like my order laughing, I then asked "where is the food I retuned?" If you can not show me the food I retuned, please refund my money. The female manager then turn to the employees still laughing, then said "SHE'S CRAZY"! I responded to the manager by saying if you can't show me the food I retuned I will need you to refund my money. It went from me returning the order made wrong and cold to being rudely threaden and disrespected by the manager as I reached for my receipt . I'm sure, I'm not the only customer to experience the horrible customer service at this location. I will never patronize Taco Bell again and I will tell family members, friends and everyone I come in contact about the horrible, nasty, rude disrespectful service I received at this location. I must add I asked, then demand the receipt back so I could call and prove I was there and complain about the rude disrespectful service she (the manager) CRUMPLED UP THE RECEIPT AND REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. (Taco Bell will continue to have a high customer service complaints and a high turnover rate with the head/lealeadership they...
Read more12/21/21 3 years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Now, I avoid this place completely. Kept giving it a chance to redeem itself. Save your money. Pay a little more for the other Indiantown Taco Bell across from the movies. Manager needs to fix their incompetent employee problems first.
3/27/22: I attempted again only because they had Mountain Dew Kickstart as an option when the other Jupiter location does not. Arrived around 930 am to redeem a mobile $ 5 breakfast combo order. It took over a minute for employee to confirm my order. When I got to the drive thru window, the employee asked me to pull forward to one of their parking spots. When I asked why, their response was about the drive thru. It's 930 in the morning and no one else is in line. I understand there is a system for time/production line but why should I have to potentially not obtain my order. I could hear her talking to coworkers "she isn't moving." I'm sorry for having you work a little bit on your Sunday morning.
3/5/23: they redeem themselves when we walked in, able to place a mobile app order. Received the order successfully and complete.
4/8/23: arrived at 830. Entered the facility. Attempted to place a mobile order to find out "no app order" at their facility. Had hope this place might have turned itself around after the renovations;...
