After our regular printer moved away and closed his business, we had a terrible experience with another printer in Jupiter. I visited Fully Promoted and met Luis---he was very nice and very enthusiastic and seemed anxious to do a great job. We just needed a few dye sublimation t-shirts for our business--he said it would be quick job. About a week later (he apologized for the delay but he had an issue with an employee) I got the proof and it looked good--via email he said the sample shirt would be done the next day. I went to look at it and it was not what I expected--there were several areas of the printing that were not good and I wasn't very happy with it. The nice girl at the counter was sorry I wasn't satisfied and ensured Luis would call me. He never did.
A few weeks went by and I called them--Luis told me the reason for the print quality being poor was because of the artwork I had given them. I told him had anyone called me I would have replaced it immediately. He apologized and proposed we move forward and try it again--he never gave an explanation why weeks went by and he never called. I was hesitant but willing since I needed shirts. On March 23rd I sent him new artwork, and on the 28th he told me he would have the updated proof later that day-never got it but not a big deal. I reached out via email on the March 29th (the 30th was Good Friday) and he emailed me the updated proof----no greeting, no comment, just the proof. It looked good so I was hoping we were on the right track and approved it.
I then reached out again on April 5th--a week after I approved the proof--since I hadn't heard from them. I got a reply that it would be ready after 3:00 p.m. that day. I was excited and assumed the original problem was just a bump in the road and and we were good to go. The next morning I went into the shop about 10:00 a.m. and Luis was there--I told him I was there to see the shirt and he said "I knew you were coming in today so I waited to do it." Wait, what? I was confused by that, but he said it would just take a couple of minutes.
Okay... About 10 minutes later he came out and said the machine was heating up but it would just be a few minutes. I'd already been there for 15 minutes to pick up a shirt that was supposed to have been done the previous day. 20 minutes later, I wasn't happy--I asked the girl at the counter if I should just come back. She went to ask Luis and he advised I should come back in 30 minutes or so. This told me (sadly) that once again Fully Promoted didn't do what they promised and didn't seem to care.
I never heard from anyone at Fully Promoted--not a phone call, email, nothing.

Read moreI wish I could express how INCREDIBLE my experience was with Fully Promoted. I initially called requesting information and explaining my shirt idea in which they were extremely helpful. They were honest that it would be more on the expensive side due to the color scheme of the shirt and went out of their way to recommend other companies that may be able to assist me for a fraction of the price (you don't see that very often now a days and that alone subsequently made me trust and appreciate them even more). However, the digital printing option that was a fraction of the price wasn't an option as the other companies couldn't print white on a darker orange shirt. Nonetheless, I came right back to Fully Promoted with my idea in which they were resourceful and able to do by the due date that I needed it. They took my design (by @RobynPrice on Instagram) and made it clear and proportional on the shirt. They even made recommendations to save me money that I hadn't even thought about knowing that it was weighing on me. If you want the best quality, exceptional customer care and support (and I mean this because I must of called them 5x/day) then I highly recommend Fully Promoted as you will not be disappointed and can fully trust them as they want the best for you! Read moreI highly recommend Fully Promoted of Jupiter. I have used several companies over the past few years to print shirts and this is the best experience that I have ever had. Luis and April are very professional and pay attention to detail. Very good customer service. I had a difficult order and they made the process so easy. They listened to what issues I had in the past with the design and quality. They didn't rush me and spent their time to make some good recommendations for me.
