I had been looking for a new pair of hiking shoes for 2 years now. Nothing seemed to be the right fit. Then one day I was downtown and wandered into RMO. I thought, what the heck, let me see if I can find a hiking shoe here. Jandy was there to help me. He was so patient. After looking at my sandaled feet, he recommended that I try a couple of different brands. We hit a home run on the 3rd one.

I was able to wear the shoes hiking right from the beginning. No ‘break in’ period. I have worn them on several serious hikes this summer and my feet are just fine.

Just this afternoon I went into RMO where I have gone occasionally but frankly not for a long time. I met Mike who was so well versed on product lines and they needs they meet. He helped me make sure my poles I bought there years ago were still adjusted correctly and gave me advice on how to use them effectively for hiking and even demonstrated the technique.
