Outstanding service, friendly, and knowledgeable bartenders. These ladies genuinely enjoy their job and it shows. It was a pleasure spending a Sunday afternoon learning about the wine and local sources for the appetizers they offer. My husband and I enjoyed the 5-pour tasting — it’s a wonderful introduction to the variety of wine they have you offer. We liked our cold plate appetizer so much that we purchased the seven pepper jelly to take home from the gift shop. The ambience is urban, modern, but comfortable. There are plenty of nooks to cop a squat, relax, and take it all in. This is the perfect venue for a holiday party, wedding, or social event. We highly recommend Amigoni if you want to pamper yourself for a couple hours — it’s a fantastic place for good conversation and a great date night.

O my Goodness, this place is amazing!!! The staff is extremely polite and very knowledgeable of each wine! The establishment gives all old but new modern vibes it's extremely clean and the decor is very relaxing and mellow. We weren't able to take any tours because it was just two of us and they do a minimum of six people per tour however we were able to wine taste and we did both of their tastings our first tasting included five different one ounce wine that they choose for you runs about $16 after tax and then the second tasting was four different wines that they choose for you and it also ran about $16 after tax. I personally enjoyed most of their wines definitely worth going.

This urban winery in the west bottoms in KC is super cool. Set inside an old building, it offers neat views and interesting architecture, which are worth checking out! The wine is good and they offer a nice selection. They also sell local goods supporting a “drink local” culture. Street parking is available. TVs are available inside, presumably for sports. This place also made it into an episode of Queer Eye! Prices are standard and they offer flights of wine tastings.

Amigoni ruined my birthday plans! I booked the wine blending experience 2 months prior to my birthday. I spoke to the owner Keri originally who recommended the 6pm time for my group of 14. I returned the reservation form with my credit card information and also confirmed via email. The day of the reservation my group began to arrive, the manager stated there was not a reservation and they close at 6. We showed her the reservation confirmation email I had with Keri. She stated that she was not informed of our reservation and continued to very rudely state they were closing and we will not be able to have our experience. I asked her to call the owner Keri which she did, and we were informed Keri was at a soccer game and would contact me the next day. Later that night I received an email from Keri with an apology stating she made a mix up with another reservation. She offered a complimentary wine tasting for the next day. This wine tasting was a very minimal experience compared to what I reserved. However, I went forward with accepting her effort of amends and five women from my group were able to attend a complimentary wine tasting on a later date. Keri came over to our group and introduced herself and stated “I’m sure I was more devastated than you were about what happened”. That was literally the worse thing to say, it was MY birthday and she had no idea or cared about how I felt. To make matters worse the service we received during the complimentary tasting was absolutely horrible! The manager is extremely rude and the owner Keri needs to improve her communication and social skills. I will never go back and do...

Came here for a bachelorette trip stop because of the good reviews. When we walked in no one said hello to us and we didn’t know where to go or what to do. We assumed the reserved table was for us so we all walked to it and sat down. When no one came over to us we realized then you had to go to them to order. They asked us no questions about what we wanted, what we were there for, no engagement of conversation at all. We ordered the wine testing for $15 and it was awful. Every wine tasted like exactly what you paid for I guess. The wine was all poured into the same glass each time so that interferes with the tasting?? The female with the red hair glasses and face piercings who was working and she was terrible. No smile, no desire to engage with us whatsoever. She gave a member of our party the wrong bread on her bread and oil plate, didn’t say anything about it. then when we said something about it she just said oh we’re out. We returned the plate and a few minutes later she came out, gave us the right plate still saying “I found this in the back I don’t know how fresh it is but it’s free.” With no apology or smile. The male worker was very kind to us and did good with explaining what each wine entailed. The female worker didn’t do that until after he did. Overall super disappointing. Not a place for a bridal party, definitely a “dive bar” winery vibe. Probably good for locals but not for us. Also didn’t answer us for weeks to get a reservation until this morning. Not sure what everyone else likes but this place to us was not the vibe we were going for! The reviews did not match up with what we...

I went here a couple weekends ago and it was a nightmare. The bartender who took care of my party was incredibly rude, and honestly mean. I ordered a focaccia plate and when she brought it to me, it was sliced baguet. I went up and asked her about it to which she rudely told me they were out and she gave me what they had. I decided I didn't want it and we went back to our table. I think she overheard us being upset with her attitude towards all of us because awhile later she comes up with a focaccia plate. She told me she found it in the fridge, heated it up, and that she wasn't sure if it was fresh. It wasn't. It was horribly stale. I would have just preferred an apology and that is all.

Additionally, when we ordered the wine sampler we were given one glass of wine at a time. There is no problem with that except they use the SAME wine glass for each sample without rinsing it! Common sense says that is absurd.

I want to be clear that above all, her attitude was the worst. She was flat out mean anytime you interacted with her.

For the owner: This person (I assume a woman but obviously gender expression doesn't equal gender identity) was skinny with short, brownish red hair. I have genuinely never dealt with someone in the service industry that rude. I know everyone has bad days, but I never behaved like that when I worked in the food and...
