Rex Vintage — Local services in Kansas City

I previously rated this place a 5 because the clothes and vibe is really nice! However their system, or lack thereof, when it comes to bringing your clothes for trade is inconvenient and overall uncomfortable. I called the store and was told I could bring things in for trade. So later that day I dropped two bags of clothes off and the person working told me that I couldn’t do that. After texting their manager they told me to write down my number and that they’d call with an update. I called a week later to see if there was progress and they’d give me a call when they were done. I never got a call and ended up calling the next week. The communication honestly felt rude :[ After two weeks of waiting I picked them up for them to not have gotten anything (which is fine but I wish I was notified sooner.)

Best. Vintage. Store. EVER! I felt like I walked into a super cool living room, it was incredible! The selection was out of this world- t-shirts were color coded and made it so easy to browse. Im addicted to flannels and they had a GIANT selection. I can’t wait to come back. The folks that worked there were amazing and so helpful. I instantly signed up for the loyalty program and can’t wait to earn some more points! This will be where I go when I’m looking for clothes...

Very cool vintage clothing shop. Lots of options from masculine to feminine. Great atmosphere staff and music. I just got one item but the prices were actually very affordable and appropriate in my opinion.
