Jazz District — Attraction in Kansas City

Apartment are beautiful looking...you see a stray roach or 3 from time to time...air filter has only been changed once in a year...when I moved in there was a washer and dryer unit in my unit I was led to believe worked...I believe I'm like 2 months shy of 12 months and still no direction AT ALL in the way of repair or replacement and I'm gaslighted now when I inquire about the washer dryer unit. Like I said the apartment is beautiful...summer is here and now is when the issues begin...people who have cars won't be able to find a spot to park due to Jazz District's entertainment...the party goers park in our lot and the office says there isn't anything they can do...young thugs hanging out around the building on the weekends after dark sometimes blocking the drive leading to parking lot like everything belongs to them....but like I said the apartment is beautiful. And for the most part a quiet peaceful building. I just wish they would have been honest about the washer dryer not working and then it's disappointing they clearly have shown they honestly don't care they misled me about a functioning washer dryer...and care even less about making it right...but the apartment...

I've been a resident in JD since 2002. That should tell you an awful lot about my stay here☺️. I appreciate the ease of living here, paying rent online etc. When maintenance is needed, they come in a timely and accurate manner. The present staff is groovy and try to be as helpful and lenient as possible. I must throw this in...the parking spaces do not match the number of apts here. So after 30 years of being here, the office issued parking passes to the residents here. My observations before getting in an apartment were. They schedule 2 appts. at the same time and the sloppy tire top woman who arrived the same time as another woman was told she gets it because she was there first. The fiona face woman awaited while the other lady rung the buzzard when the door opened sherks wife appeared to be there first but that was false.
