I had a small group which we requested to sit together in the notes of our purchase. In addition, just to be absolutely sure we were all together we called the day before and spoke with someone there to make sure we would be arranged together. We get there and it's chaos. No one knows what is going on, the artist was clearly confused. She had us in 3 different tables far apart and told us it was our fault for not requesting to sit together. We explained that we did, she said that she had no notes and she couldnt change the seating arrangement. Two people walked in late to the class and she stopped class and asked ME if I'd be willing to move to a different spot so the late people could sit with their friends. I told her no and explained that she wasnt allowing me to sit with my friends so I didn't understand why she was willing to move me around. She said that they requested to sit together and she had to meet their request. I was beyond annoyed. The class started late, it was a rushed event and there wasnt enough time to finish each section of the painting. Terrible customer service, absolutely rude and poorly organized. I am not interested in ever attending again. Seriously how hard is it to simply seat people together that CALLED IN ADVANCE? They need to add a disclaimer "Unfortunately due to the incredible difficulty and complexity of arranging a seating chart we are incapable of seating anyone together". Better yet just don't waste your time, there are other better painting locations.
The saddest part is that it would be SO SIMPLE to make your business better in this respect, so simple but the owners...

As someone who has always believed I lacked even a single "art cell" in my body, the thought of painting anything remotely presentable seemed like a mission impossible. However, that was before I met our instructor, Adrienne.
From the moment the class began, Adrienne radiated a passion for art and teaching that was truly infectious. With patience, enthusiasm, and a keen eye for detail, she guided us through each step of the painting process. Her instructions were clear, easy to follow, and she always made herself available for one-on-one guidance whenever anyone needed a bit...
Read moreWe had a Saturday night appointment at 7 p.m., and it turned out to be a four-girl class ahhhh The first one is drawn by the teacher and the second one is mine (Lol I know it's not perfect but I'm satisfied to have done it on my own for the first time)
The lady(sorry i forget the name) are fascinating! Warm-hearted! Be patient! She got everything we needed ready early. Finally turn off the lights and have a surprise!!!
I highly recommend going to this class, especially if you are interested in painting, especially if you don't have many tools at home like me. A good learning environment for the first time is a good start...
