I was so much looking forward to the massage I booked today, even I went for a 90 min couple massage, but I came out so disappointed such that I decided not to come back here any more. The lady who did the massage on me was rubbing me hard back and forth up and down and then repeat again. The massage was rushed, didn’t target any muscle. Instead of feeling relaxed I felt stressed under massage and felt pain in my wrist and now shoulders due to the unprofessional and untrained person who rubbed my body today. As someone who goes to massage quite frequently, immediately I can detect who is professional and who is not even trained. Today I had one of those worst massage experiences such that I had to stop the massage in the middle of it. I couldn’t wait for the massage to be over. So I decided to stop it myself.

The only reason for the two star rating is for Anna & Jenny whom I had good experience with before. But today a bad and painful experience made me decide not coming back here any more.

One bad experience can easily ruin everything for the customer and I am no exception. I feel bad for the owners who didn’t put licensed or trained massage therapist and allow the ones who work there ruin...

2 stars because they were friendly and the place was nice. The massage was very subpar. I went in with pain, told them where my pain was, asking for a deep tissue massage. What I got was stretching and very light, repetitive strokes over my back. I even mentioned on the phone when I made the appointment, and then 3 times while I was there that I needed some trigger point, deep tissue relief. I told her multiple times where to target. I even had to ask her to stop at one point and almost cut the massage short, but felt bad. Absolutely no getting into the muscles and no relief. $150 later, it felt like a total waste of time and money. It was just a relaxation massage. Not what I asked for. And I paid extra for deep tissue (costs more).

Not only is the massage terrific, the establishment is very nice and very comforting . I must say that Jenny is my favorite therapist and is very well trained in traditional Thai massage .
