Shatter Masters — Attraction in Kearney

Went to them back in August/Sept 2020 to get my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 screen/base fixed. Long story short was told a day and time to come in to get it fixed and they didn't even have it ordered, so had to wait about a week for them to receive it and got it repaired. Also, I ordered their screen protector to help prevent cracks, scratches, etc.. Last week my screen decided to crack and so I decided to try them again. I was told to come in today to get it repaired. So I went in and was told they haven't received it yet (shipping issues). They offered me a refurbished screen/base with a slight scratch in it and that they would apply their screen protector to it or to wait till they receive the new one. I was not offered to get shown the refurbished screen/base and the person who fixes the screens/phones was relaying messages to the guy in the front instead of just talking to me. I called for one phone to get a screen replaced and i was told they have to order the part and they would call me when it arrives. They never called and i got a new phone. Now when im trying to get the new phone repaired, im told they can't and to come get my phone later that day after its put together. I couldn't that same day so when i finally was able to pick it up a week later due to my work schedule, my phone is still disassembled not ready to go and i would have to come back later. This place is completely unprofessional and mainly operated by children. Save your time and buy a new phone. Update: they didn't even put my phone together all the way. I'm missing about 6 screws that hold a plate down and i am also missing two security brackets. Complete garbage rushed job. These people do not care about...

I brought my son's computer n phone into this place. He was killed in a car accident and I'm trying to piece together what was going on that night. I explained to the staff and owner what was going on and they said they would do their best to help me. The computer was easy for them to reset since I had bought a password reset disk. They got it unlocked but since his phone had been submerged in water for 25 min I was told by law enforcement that it was destroyed and no longer useable but this place knew what to do and got the phone working but unfortunately it has a password and they don't want to mess with it. I would give them 100 stars or more for the work they did. They also didn't charge me anything due to the circumstances. I will definitely go back if I have any...
