Lava Smoke Shop 5( CBD, GLASS, HOOKAH, SHISHA, ECIG) — Attraction in Kearny

I walked into the Lava Smoke Shop in Kearny, NJ 2 days ago and was looking at the discounted vape bucket. I picked up a vape, which are the "TopBar Air" vapes and the worker immediately said "I'll sell you a box of 10 of those vapes for $50." I thought about it and figured why not. I bought them and was happy with them, for the first 20 puffs. The first vape I opened tasted burnt after 20 puffs. I have opened 4 more vapes since then and the same exact thing happens to all of them. I literally just got home from work right now, and opened up the 5th vape and already not even 10 hits later, it's burnt. For a device that says "2500" puffs, and burns after around 20, that is ridiculous man. I contacted Lava smoke shop earlier today and explained the situation and asked if there's anyway I could get a refund, partial refund, or replacement. The guy over the phone's exact words were "No sorry, if it were any other vape product we'd be able to, but not with those. That's why they are so cheap." What? So the workers are aware that the vapes are not good, and do not meet the advertised puffs, yet still sell them to me? Not only that, but even at $5 a vape, it shouldn't burn after 20 puffs. Both of my sisters, my dad, my friends, and myself always go to Lava smoke shop to buy vapes and other products, and you guys can't make this right when you were aware of the issues of these vapes and still intentionally sold them to me? This isn't right. I have a 10 month old and the little money I set aside for myself is now wasted because a worker wanted a quick profit.
