——- Pizookah Lounge's grand opening was truly a night to remember! We started with the delightful Remy Martin's Blacker the Berry Cocktails that had a perfect balance of flavors. The menu was a delight – from the exquisite Salmon pasta to the succulent lamb chops and juicy chicken kebabs, every dish was a treat for the taste buds.

But the real highlight was the 12-gallon God Father ‍💨 experience, unlike anything I've ever tried; it transported us to the clouds for memories we'll cherish. The entertainment was on point with mesmerizing Belly Dancers, Fire Dancers, and the incredible DJ PoPo. And let's not forget the Pizookah Girlz, who added their unique charm...

I was VERY disappointed when visiting this place. The service was piss poor TRASH. I am a girls girl and the most gracious person on the planet I can be very understanding. I didn’t even bother reading the reviews until I was sitting at my table for 30 minutes to an hour waiting on my hookah girl to see about me. The ladies are desperate and it shows. They were competing and being sneaky saying to order with them no one else. How did we have 3-4 different servers for ONE TABLE?? They literally ONLY cater to the men who they think are going to spend. I had guy friends come in after me they received their food so fast while we had to wait for our hookah drinks and food. As a hookah specialist and connoisseur I enjoy checking out different places. This was by far the WORST experience I ever had. I did not like my hookah flavor I asked my waitress to add mint she came back it literally tasted the same. Then she said she would change it she literally kept walking back and forth servicing other tables not even checking if I was okay. So the hookah literally sat on the table burning. She didn’t change it til 1 am going on 2 (they close at 3) $50 for a hookah is insane I expected it to be better. It was not good AT ALL. As someone who used to work in a setting like this I understand the game and how it goes. It’s typically the man who will come back. They rarely complain and are easy to please. Men are visual HOWEVER if you treat a woman well she will tell her friends post on social media have her party there or recommend it to everyone she can tell. Do better. The female workers looked great I just wish the service was matched. By the way my server didn’t have an attitude just bad customer service. Yesterday we made the drive to check out Pizookah based on some IG posts. It’s a 40-45 minute drive from S. Fulton and it’s a drive I will make again! I ate everything shown in the pictures and honey hot wings with fries. It is rare to find a lounge with truly good food like a restaurant but Pizookah has mastered this and they did not disappoint! The batter on the fried appetizer choices was sooo good! The lobster bites which I did not expect to enjoy is a reason for the return trip! So why a 4/5 for food. The red snapper entree. The fish was hot and really good (loved the red peppers and sauce on top) however the rice was the concern. I can only assume by the time it was plated and added the fish on top that the rice had cooled and therefore when I tasted each part separately the rice was cold and mushy for basmati. The blackened salmon pasta needs a little more seasoning but the salmon was cooked to a perfection! My absolute faves was the lobster bites, calamari, the snapper, and the wings & fries. Now the wings were clean to the bone and the honey hot sauce 😋 and the fries were seasoned and fresh!! Please know I’m not the go out order wings girl 😄 I ordered them after someone said it was good and they were so right!!!!! The drinks AMAZING, the server, Erica, attentive- friendly- funny- and catering to ensure great service, the DJ was a vibe, easy unlimited free parking, very reasonable prices, and the entire experience is worth going time and time again! If you are looking for that VIBE whether it’s a date or friends night out Pizookah should go on your lists.
