Best Movie Theater Experience in Kennewick! Actually it's the best in all of Tri-Cities and surrounding areas! The sound was amazing and vibrated the seats! All seats are same price even though you reserve your spot. All spots are good. Every seat is comfy with plenty of arm space, good for big people, movable trays, electric lay back, and pop up foot recliners. ATM, Video Games, No Lines, Very Clean, Brand New Theater (November 2019). A lot of snacks to choose from such as popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, pretzel's, icecream, candy, Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, soda, coffee, Italian Ice sodas, slushy's, and seasonings, with so much variety. I recommend only buying the large popcorn and ask for sharing bags with a large fountain drink because both are free refills. They have ample parking and restroom stalls (no line). Handicap parking, bathroom stalls, and theater seating. Changing table for babies in restroom and sinks low enough to use. I also think this theater might serve alcohol like it's sister theater in Richland but not sure.

Had a great time with the family at Fairchild Cinemas in Kennewick. We hadn't been to a theatre since before COVID and were impressed by the cleanliness and modern features. The film we saw was Avatar 2: The Way of Water, on the "big screen" format. It wasn't too crowded and the seats were comfortable (reclining with side tables and multiple cup holders). There was plenty of room for people to walk by, even with the chairs in the reclined position. The picture and sound quality were superb. Most of our experience was contactless, but the staff at concessions was friendly and competent. Highly recommend. Will be taking the family back again soon.

Wonderful place to take the family to go see a movie. We saw the new star wars movie. The lobby is nice and open, no big lines. They have plenty of snacks and yummy popcorn to choose from. We bought tickets for the bigger screen which had awesome sound and reclining seats with cup holders. Great place to go see a movie. Warning, will leave a little deaf, the movies are loud.

Visiting Fairchild Cinemas at Southridge was an absolute delight! Right from the start, the staff, including the incredibly friendly Saadoon, made us feel welcomed and valued. Their smiles and hospitality added a special touch to our movie-going experience, making it more than just a routine outing.

The popcorn was a highlight, perfectly fresh, adding that essential movie theater aroma and taste we all love. Coupled with the soda, which was exceptionally poppin’, it set the stage for a perfect movie night. The quality of the snacks really enhanced the overall experience, ensuring every bite and sip was as enjoyable as the film itself.

But what truly made the evening memorable was the excellent company of friends and the impeccable service we received from the Fairchild Cinemas staff. Their efforts to maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere did not go unnoticed, contributing significantly to the enjoyable and relaxing environment.

In all, our visit to Fairchild Cinemas at Southridge was an outstanding experience. The combination of friendly staff, fresh popcorn, and lively soda, all enjoyed in the company of friends, made for an unforgettable night. I highly recommend this theater to anyone looking for a top-notch...

This is my favorite theater in town (Tri-Cities). It's the most comfy and the most spacious. I wish all the screens were "BIG SCREEN" built so I didn't have to plan for certain times to have the best viewing and hearing experience. The kids that work there are actually very courteous and attentive, which is nice. Popcorn is the best in town, too. Having the soda dispensers out for all to get free refills is the way to go. It'll be nice if they ever get a Freestyle like AMC has, but the classic dispenser does okay until then. Prices are higher, but when comparing this experience to the AMC experience, I feel there's a better time to be had here. My biggest qualm with this theater is that a lot of movies seem to be shown exclusively at the Pasco or Queensgate location. I don't understand why this theater misses out on a lot of films when those theaters get it. Or there's a delay for when those films are shown here. 'Longlegs', 'Godzilla Minus One' and 'Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey' are the few examples that come to mind, but I know there has been plenty more. Overall, I love it here, but it's a few steps away...

I always get a medium popcorn. I always get my medium popcorn refilled, no problems. A medium popcorn costs $9, about as much as the ticket, and I got it and I went to get it refilled, and the guy said, no, we only refill large popcorns. I said I always get my medium popcorn refilled, no problems. He said, no, it’s policy. I go to Fairchilds Southgate to watch movies on big screens and eat popcorn — and not too much popcorn to get sick (eg a refilled large). Without popcorn I can’t mentally and spiritually return to that movie. Without a large I can’t get my popcorn refilled. With a medium they want me to purchase another $9 medium. There’s no one in the theater and the popcorn costs $0.10 to make, and I can’t get my medium refilled, so I walk out. It was a good movie but I left. I haven’t returned because my pride is hurt and I left on the inside pouting and mad. It could have been his first job. It could be he gets nervous if he doesn’t follow rules. I have been there. Anyways, otherwise it is a good theater and I would return if they did more re-showings of...
