The place has great coffee but my wife and I found this place we've been drinking coffee here for a week we got up to our free coffee I stopped in to get one ordered the same thing that I have been ordering the same time it's $6 it's a mocha milkshake 24 oz I give her my free card and she comes back and tells me I owe her $0.75 because they're Punch cards only go up to 5:25 if you're offering me a free drink for coming and being a person that brings my business to you why am I not even able to get the same drink that I've been purchasing for free? Bad business practice especially when there's other coffee stands around town that will let me order any size drink anyway I want it extra shots etc etc and they don't blink an eye needless to say we probably won't be back because there's other coffee places that treat their customers better with rewards and have just as...

I find it remarkable that a coffee shop, an industry where baristas depend on tips and the generosity of their customers, would find it appropriate to use Walmart's grocery delivery service (very regularly mind you) and never tip their independently contracted local driver.

Perhaps they aren't aware drivers are not Walmart employees, get zero benefits and have to pay fuel, maintenance, taxes, health insurance, etc. out of the measly base pay that's offered? As with DoorDash, UberEats and other services, tips are what make a service worker's job sustainable.

While the coffee may be delicious, I can't support a business that doesn't reciprocate the same generosity that is bestowed upon them. You'd think a coffee shop of all places would understand what makes the service...

This was a golden find on our travels to Kennewick. We love the small mom and pop places and this is a great one! Staff is friendly and fast. There double window set up is super smart. Order at one and pay/pick up at the other. Prices are great and quality is super solid. Coffee was earthy and full flavored (hazelnut latte). Chai was friggin fantastic and they did all three orders with no mess ups (iced, blended, spiced and not, almond milk in two but not the third).
