I love Papa John’s, this isn’t a diss against the company as a whole. Just this particular store. I ordered nearly $100 worth of pizza for my family. I watched the tracker to see when it would be here, which went the longest way possible to get here and even went 7 blocks in the wrong way before landing at my step (this was after it started tracking after they dropped off the other order for someone else) when the pizza got here, not only was it ice cold, only half of it was cut and even for someone who like cole pizza it was barely edible. I love Papa John’s, I worked there as a teenager and it’s all I order for my son and I. But this was an absolute disappointment. When I called, someone answered and said he was a manager and offered a refund. Then transferred me to a lady who offered two free pizzas on my next order from their store (which I won’t return to).
Let this be known, the Gage Papa John’s is fire! This Quillan location is trash, and apparently their new supervisors don’t even know how to do their job. Free pizza next time or not, I won’t return to this trash location for an order. This was the absolute worst Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had. Go somewhere else, or go get some microwave pizzas from the store, either way will be a better experience than this...

Smells weird. Dough was "al dente" (not fully cooked and chewy), not sure if that's from being undercooked or from using last year's frozen dough.
Cheese is weird. Like delivery pizza cheese is always a little weird but this stuff... is it cheese?
Had "banned" Papa Johns in our house (has been horrible for years), hadn't ordered it in awhile. Still bad. Perma banned from our household.
Dominos, Excalibur, Z-Pizza (extinct), NY Richie's (extinct), all have better pizza. Half the frozen pizzas in the grocer's aisle are better than this pizza. Heck, I'd even do Pizza Hut over Papa Johns. Don't know if it's just the one in our area or nationwide but yuck man.
Just, yuck. Also cost $75 to get one medium pizza, one small cheese stick, a 2 litre of soda, 8 wings, and some cookies. Oh and two extra ranches, those must have been $10/each to add up to $75 with delivery.
I'll just buy 10 pizzas from the grocery store next time, put them in my freezer, and...
Read moreGarbage customer service. Stopped in on a sunday at 945pm to get a couple of pizzas for carryout. Guy behind the counter states sorry we close for carryout at 930pm so we went back to our car. Go on the website and order what we want for delivery while thinking how silly it is that carryout is closed but they will tie up drivers right before close. We order our pizza and get the email confirmation. Less then 5 mins later get a phone call from what sounded like the same guy saying that they dont have any delivery drivers and that he is going to cancel our order. So i guess when the hours say open till 10pm they actually mean that they dont take any orders 30 mins before close. Why would you allow orders if you have no plans to fulfill them. Oh well pizza hut was more then happy to take our 58 dollar order instead. Long story short if your looking for pizza i would recommend trying any of the competition places first. Customer service has long left...
