My second time here I was asked to prepay for their drop in services. I did, in may 23 I prepaid $100 for the drop in services and each hour is $15. We used one hour. My four year old son loves this place and has asked to go here by name numerous times. Today when I should have had an $85 balance, I came to use the drop in service and was informed that this center no longer allows 4 yr olds. I asked for a refund of the money I had prepaid and not only did they refuse, but also charged me a $35 annual fee. An annual fee for services my son does not qualify for? When asked to talk to a manager. She hung up on me three times! Called the police on me. All I want is the money that was prepaid for a service I can no longer receive and not be charged for future services that I won’t be able to receive. The management was everything but professional. I am an irritated mother of a disappointed four year old, who just wanted to play, that has been refused a refund for services I cannot collect on. Bad business practices, terrible customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Why would you call the police? I wasn’t irate, I just answered the phone that your employee handed me. If you want your money taken under false pretenses and then told your child cannot use this center and you can’t have your money back that you prepaid for, then by all means - frequent this faulty business with subpar...
Read moreEasy registration process online for scheduling a play session and filling out their waiver. Appreciated the staff answering questions prior to our visit and during our visit, the staff member was friendly, hospitable and respectful.
No food or drink can be consumed during visit. There is a space to take off shoes and dedicated spot for belongings in cubbies. I brought a car seat to bring my baby in so when I needed to take their older sibling to the restroom. I can rest the baby in car seat.
You will have to go to restroom with socks on. Restrooms were clean and had kids height step stools for washing hands and toileting. There are three handwashing sinks, one my child liked was one at her height.
Eclectic choice of toys (included some Montessori inspired toys) for pretend play and sensory play. Toys are gently used and separated based on theme.
Came during the week so it wasn’t so busy. The space allowed our little baby to crawl and explore while our older child participated in imaginative and practical life play. She enjoyed the USPS postal service car and...
Read moreSecond update: updating my review to 5 stars. Its been 3 months since I was told that they were going to start doing walk throughs every now and then throughout the playtime sessions to make sure that toys try to stay in their designated areas. I have seen them implement this & it has been great! Amazing employees and an amazing place overall
Update: again, a lovely place so long as the parents of the other children tend to them. Not really the establishments fault. & i understand they are children, but for 5-6 kiddos that know each other to hog the toys; taking all the toys from other play areas and placing them in the vet or playground area and preventing other kiddos besides them to play w the toys regardless if they use them or not. All the farm animals gone from the farm, all the babies/high chairs/clothes etc gone and in the vet area. If the parents were paying attention they would have noticed how they acted when other kiddos tried playing with the toys that they weren't even playing with from the start. Please keep an eye on your kiddos &...
