EDIT: Well I am changing my five star review to a zero star if I could. I was part of their facebook breaking community and had a ton of my PERSONAL cards for sale via their program to have them simply list cards I ACQUIRED IN THEIR BREAKS, and when they had a staff change a few yrs ago I lost ALL MY CARDS (600+ IN VALUE EASY), My $320 break credit, and they BLOCKED ME FROM THE FACEBOOK BREAK ROOM!!!!

I am out of state but have shared my documented proof with the local Kenosha authorities, I have an active case file, and am only now updating this review as I am confident this will be resolved in small claims court once they are served.

One year later and I am even more pleased with this store than before. The other local competition must be the ones who left the few bad reviews. As a customer with hundreds of transactions and nothing but positive things to say about said transactions, trust AJ's to take great care of you. Unlike the other clowns in town who weigh boxes and take the hits!

This place is low balling people on their singles. Only offer 50% at most. And the employees left 22 minutes before the doors were supposed to close. I told them I was coming back to sell some football product that they told me they wanted, and then the took off 22 minutes before closing….? So I hope they know most people don’t have to come there for merchandise, cause honestly there are a few surrounding shops that are equivalent or better. Terrible store. Called before i wasted my time going all the way there. Explained what the few items i had were (some NFL autographs and collectibles). They said they were possibly interested in 1 of the autographs (the one i had WITH a certificate of authenticity). Went there.
