Staying at this hotel was a bad experience. We will never stay there again. And if I could, I would give this review zero stars. We stayed for 2 nights. We arrived in the evening of December 24th and checked in.

  1. The first thing that we noticed was the strong, bad smell in the room as soon as we opened the door and went inside. It is hard to describe the smell, but it was bad. It was like a mixture of mildew, paint, and garbage. And we immediately regretted that we were going to have to sleep in that room with that bad smell. We don't expect a hotel room to smell like roses, but we do expect it to at least have NO smell. But we never expect it to have a bad smell.

  2. After stepping inside and noticing the bad smell, we found out that it was not the room we had booked. It was a different room. We had booked a room with one king-sized bed, and the room we were given had two smaller beds. Perhaps this is not a big deal to some people, but it's just the principle of not getting what we booked and paid for. We went back to the front desk to tell the receptionist that we didn't get the room we booked, and she just said she was sorry that that happened. I asked her if we could switch and be given the room that we had booked and paid for, but she said that the hotel was fully booked. I did not believe her because I counted only 5 cars in the entire parking lot, but I saw that there was no arguing with her. So we had to go back to the stinky room with the two small beds. The booking was non-refundable; otherwise, we would have asked for a refund and gone to another hotel.

  3. The tv didn't work. When you turned it on, there was audio, but no picture. The screen remained black the entire time.

  4. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the mattress springs creaky.

  5. We found hairs that we assume were from the previous guests in the bathroom sink bowl and sticking to the walls. And this just gave us this horrible feeling that the bathroom (and the entire room) was dirty, unclean, and unsanitary.

  6. The toilet seat was loose and slid from side to side. It was not firmly secured to the toilet. And the bathroom was very small, with hardly any room between the sink and the bathtub.

  7. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound, and it was a nuisance when we were trying to sleep.

  8. The room in general was not a 3-star hotel room. The carpet was old, very worn, and discolored, and dirty-looking. The thermostat looked like a thermostat from the late 1970s. The furniture was old and worn. The appliances were old and some (the tv) were not working. The bathroom sink counter had cracks that had been filled with some sort of brown resin. The decor was old and outdated. The grout between the tile looked dirty. Even the ceiling looked old and outdated. Everything was in need of renovation.

It was simply a very bad and gross experience staying at this hotel. Bad and gross. We will never again stay there. And if our booking had been refundable, we would have left that same night and stayed at another hotel. This hotel is NOT a three-star hotel as it claims to be. It is a one-star, or, at best, a two-star MOTEL. And the staff was not...

I booked the room using those worthless American Airlines Citi card points (equals to $140)—non-refundable, of course, because why not gamble on misery? They threw me into the worst possible hovel they could find. When I politely asked for a different room, they smugly claimed there was nothing left. Lies, all of it.||||Except entrance nothing is good at this place. Entrance you can visit any national park to get some feel like rustic wood architecture but when it comes to living here. You may get lungs infected with the musty sh!tty smelly air you will end up breathing for 6-8 hrs of sleep time, enough to pay hospitals bills for the rest of your life. ||||The room? Imagine a dingy, decrepit dungeon that even your dead granny would have been ashamed of. It’s small, ancient, and as dark as your regrets. The carpet? A disgusting dark brown mess, stained and stinking to high heaven, probably not cleaned since the Cold War. And the smell—oh, that musty odor is like a slap in the face every time you breathe. If you have a sensitivity to mold, just skip straight to the hospital.||||Then there's that ghastly chair. It’s like they borrowed it from a haunted house—grandpa farts and ancient poop stains included, free of charge. Just looking at it makes you want to burn your clothes. And the so-called "artwork"? A steaming pile of nonsense they probably found in the trash, not even worth wiping your shoes on.||||Now, let’s talk about those shower curtains. Yellow-stained, mold-ridden pieces of garbage that would make a landfill look classy. How is this even legal? How does the U.S. Department of Business not shut this cesspool down? They’re not exactly charging chump change here; they gouged me $140 in points, the same price you'd pay for a decent 3-star hotel that actually respects the concept of hygiene.||||This place is like paying for a gourmet meal and being served roadkill, then being told to shut up and eat because "demand and supply." Fine, you want to play the capitalist game? Here’s your review, straight from the pit of consumer hell.||||Suggestion to the owners: get a fc-king interiors designer, toss every mold infected sh!t out of the rooms and get everything renovated or improved or cleaned, get rid of carpet chair and fc-king ugly yellow sh!tty shower curtains. These don’t cost millions even if it is then you have to do, you cant let people breath smell and live in the infected ugly...

The place in court yard is so beautiful! And staff was also very kind. However, after spending a week sleeping on a hospital chair, I really badly needed a good bed to lay my head down on and get a good nights rest. Once unloaded and clothes changed, my daughter and I feel into bed. As soon as I did I wanted to cry. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable I could feel the springs in it. The pillows had obviously been washed in washer and had little balls all in them. I usually have my own however, I left mine with my mom in hospital. But, even the hospital pillows and chair were more comfortable. I usually am not someone to complain. But, this is opportunity for growth and learning. I was way to exhausted to go find another hotel. I did get right back up from bed and called front desk. The lady was very sweet and kind and did give me a discount. Staff in no way was an issue. The room (bed and pillows) was! As we laid there we got warm so my daughter turned ac on. About 2 hours later, I woke covered in sweat. I checked ac and it was at 68 but it felt like 80 in there. I could hear it running, but was not cooling. I definitely understand that things happen. However, my issue is a small discount for a lousy night, was not sufficient at all. I have worked in customer services for many years. And this is not how to have return. If you truly value your guest and hear something so important such as sleep was a big issue, offer a full refund or at least a voucher toward future stay. I do not see myself returning as I stated once checking out. I was even surprised a manager was not called to speak with me about how disappointing our stay was.

Another sad thing is as I have looked at reviews, I see that response is few and far between. Seems like it’s a pick and choose of who and when to...
