Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Kerrville

I went at 8:50 p.m. & the restaurant is open until 10p.m. I sat waiting to order in the drive through for several minutes & no one took my order. So I drove around to the dining area & clearly posted on the door are business hours - all the lights were on - I could see the pass through window had a big basket of taco shells under a heat lamp & other stuff indicating they were open. There were 3 cars parked behind building but not a single person in sight anywhere . So ALL the employees were in a cooler , stock room or bathroom together because I could see all other parts of restaurant & kitchen . I sat in my car looking on my phone trying to decide where else to go for a bit after trying to call the restaurant &no one answered. During this time several other cars attempted to order in drive thru - but still not a employee in sight. One lady who tried to go through drive through also went & tried to go inside to order but doors were locked so she left. By now it had been 15 minutes- i called the other dairy queen location & they were open & said they had been getting a lot of complaints about this happening recently. Just as I was about to leave suddenly employees appeared - I saw 4 people inside. So I went through drive through & my order was a mess so I went back & the girl at window said "im going to tell you the truth - we just had a huge rush & we've been sooo busy the cook was overwhelmed " ....... lol I thought that was VERY INTERESTING because I know for certain they had all been somewhere doing who knows what for 20+ minutes - no telling how many customers tried to go during how ever long this went on. So the staff if definitely questionable at...

If I could give no stars I would. So being pregnant ice cream is my go to. Went there to get a royal blizzard for my husband and I, as I pulled up to the window the guy had a personality God gave to a rock, took my money then proceeds to tell me I look rough and don’t look thrilled at all to be getting ice cream. Really.... he hands me the blizzards one of them with double styrofoam cups and the other in a normal cup, get home and the one blizzard apparently blew out the bottom and all over the cup and their solution was to cover it up on another cup. Then my royal Oreo had no fudge and had stale Oreos in it. The following day same thing minus the guy with his smart comments! This place is a joke and lack basic customer...

Me and my friends wanted to get something to eat but we only wanted some medium fries when we went to pay the guy acted like he did not want to be there at all, when we payed we had to wait 30-40 minutes just for fries I was really disappointed when we got them there were good so we were glad they were fine, but I felt bad cause these people were here right before us and we got our order first which I thought was unfair I heard the lady say “wow fastest food restaurant I had ever been too” and I kinda felt bad they were really slow some of the staffs were nice but most of them were just standing around while I only saw one guy working I don’t really recommend this place but I appreciate the guy who was actually...
