There is no nice way to say how badly this place sucks. The service staff lacks basic customer service manners. There was no one to greet us when we came in and had to sit ourselves and waited about 15 minutes to be finally asked what we wanted to drink. When my plate was finally ready the meat was undercooked and chewy and burnt onions. I asked to return the plate and order something different which I had to wait for another 20 minutes or so and surprisingly it was the wrong plate I had ordered. I was fed up with the service and ordered the correct plate to go. Oh but wait when my plate finally came it was missing the sides I had ordered. Hungry , tire of waiting and obviously and rightly upset I wanted to leave this place as fast as I could when I approached the register to pay and that was another whole ordeal. I was asked to pay for the plates of food they wrongly gave me and that I had to returned. The waitress who self proclaimed the manager as well was very rude and defiant. To people considering eating at this place, please think twice. If you like horrible customer service, raw food, smelly and dirty environment and people who like to pay for others mistakes then, this might be your place. The lemonade stance on the corner of my neighborhood has better customer service and tasting products...

Pros: Inexpensive Latin American Food Speedy Service Cons: Bathrooms are VERY unclean Health Department gave them an overall (B) Rating for their establishment as of September 1 2019 They messed up two of the four plates that were ordered, and when it was politely brought to their attention they were uncaring and opposed to correcting their mistake/s Music and atmosphere is loud and irritating. If you order Flautas they're going to give you taquitos instead, that are dry and bland [[This establishment does not provide any breakdown of the pricing.]]

1. Customers must take the order ticket to the front desk.
2. The front desk then adds up the total through the register. (At this point you still dont k ow what your paying for) (All they tell you is the total amount)
3. Customers are then expected to pay the total amount without seeing the breakdown of the bill. ( NO BILL OF SALE IS PROVIDED) [(NO PROOF OF PURCHASE IS PROVIDED)] Honestly it's just not worth the risk. Protect yourself as the consumer and go somewhere else.

Well let me preface this review by saying I lived in Corpus Christi for 8 years and got very spoiled by all the mom and pop shops there. To start it took a lot longer for a mostly empty restaurant to come to the table to get the drink order and drop off the chips and salsa. Second and this basically killed the whole experience for me! The chips was stale and the salsa tastes like it came from the chip isle at Walmart. Once we finally got our order in, it didn't take too long to get it. I had the cheese steak burrito. The asada was a bit overcooked with a good amount of crunch. But overall not bad. The red sauce was very runny but not bad either.
