We booked a nighttime tour had two kayaks and one paddle board. The equipment was in good condition and Jen didn’t take long to set it all up.
My biggest issue with the entire thing was lack of communication hour before the appointment we had not been informed of the place we were supposed to meet. They can definitely improve on how they share information with the clients esp for people who are doing an excursion like this for the time there should be some guidelines etc that should be mentioned so they come prepared for the activity.
Night time excursion is definitely not for beginners in my opinion if this is your first time doing something like this don’t bother stick with something in day light.
Between two kayaks and one paddle board jen was struggling to keep up with all the individuals involved she tried her best but given the most people on the group were newbies it wasn’t an easy one task. We saw a bunch of different wildlife which was pretty cool Jen allowed us the time to take it all in and shared whatever information she knew about the wildlife and the surroundings.
Come prepared to go home stinky thanks to the Mangrove water.
Jen was in no hurry to leave us and we greatly appreciated that it did not go unnoticed . We went over our allotted time by half hour and she didn’t seem to mind or rush us. She answered all our questions to best of her ability and at the end we took pictures and grabbed our belongings from her car and helped her load back the boats on.
I think its a good activity but due to some key things missing from the communication and guidelines aspect leaves a lot to be desired esp for newbies but its something that can be fixed so hoping that our review will help Jen build on it.

Read moreI cannot say enough good things about not only the Paddleboard tour that we took (dolphin tour), but Jen as a guide and the amazing environment. Firstly, it’s important to note that this is a mobile kayak & paddleboard rental and the dropoff location for the tour we went on was really convenient. In fact, it was such a nice surprise that we paddled by a dolphin rescue and training center and were able to watch dolphins do tricks for at least 25 minutes. Jen then took us out into the ocean where we paddled for quite a bit which was a real treat, as the water was super calm. Less but at least we did a little bit of a mangrove tour too… Jenn went over and above to give us a great experience and was not stingy with the time she spent with us on our tour. In fact, our two hour tour lasted three hours and it was absolutely perfect For us day trippers looking for a great keys experience. ...
Read moreWe had a great time! We wanted to paddle board over the weekend but Aquaholics was awesome enough to let us know that conditions would be less than safe for a first timer — instead she let me know when the weather would be good (on Tuesday) and kept in communication the whole time so we got to have a pleasant trip. we did the paddle on the bayside (i got some good tips from Ashley) and had some food and drinks at Snooks. before we went back, we realized we wanted to do a mangrove paddle too, so we asked if we could haul the boards (with our truck) back to our campground (they have a mangrove launch) and they had no problem with that, which was great. We got to do the bayside paddle mid-day, then an evening paddle at the mangroves and then an early morning one again (and saw manatees!) before she picked up the boards around 12:30. The experience was great and i couldn’t recommend...
