My wife and I did Honest Eco’s “All of the Above” tour, and it was phenomenal. Bryan, Sarah, Jesse, and Rachel were perfect guides/hosts/captains. They provided a ton of information, which I guess you’d expect when they all either have or are pursuing degrees in the biology/ecology space, but they were also a lot of fun. The snorkeling equipment was excellent, much nicer and more user-friendly than what we were provided through Pennekamp State Park earlier in the week (and the state park’s equipment was totally fine; Honest Eco was just a lot better). The tour walked the talk on eco-consciousness, too - all the water bottles were reusable, no disposable plates/cutlery at lunch, used the sail as much as possible instead of the engine, etc. We had very little wind, which slowed us down, but we still had great snorkeling, spent plenty of time watching the dolphins that popped up around us, and made it to the mangroves to kayak. The snorkeling and kayaking were made so much more interesting with the guides in the water with us explaining what flora and fauna we were seeing and how they fit into the broader ecosystem. And on top of it all, the food was delicious.

My wife and I were totally blown away. I cannot recommend this tour...

We had an absolutely amazing experience on this tour, and we are so grateful to Bryan and Rachel for making it so memorable! Even though we were a very small group, they still continued the tour, and we truly appreciated their dedication and enthusiasm.

Bryan, an incredibly knowledgeable ecological expert, guided us through the beautiful sponge garden area while snorkeling. We saw a variety of marine life, including groupers, lionfish, and parrotfish, and even got to gently touch a benign jellyfish—such a unique experience!

The kayaking portion through the mangroves was equally fascinating. Paddling through the narrow pathways of the thick mangrove forest in the middle of the ocean was both serene and thrilling. Bryan’s insights made us appreciate the ecosystem even more.

To top it all off, Rachel, our wonderful ship captain, set the sails on the catamaran, and we enjoyed a breathtaking sunset while snacking on delicious and healthy treats. The conversations we had throughout the tour made the experience even more special.

Rachel and Bryan are incredibly hardworking, kind, and knowledgeable, and we can’t recommend this tour enough. If you're looking for an adventure that combines nature, learning, and relaxation, this is the...

I live in Key West and have my parents visiting from Germany. We took the dolphin watch and snorkel tour on the catamaran Squid, great boat with shaded seating. When we arrived at the dolphin playground a bunch of dolphins greeted us right away, with jumps and tailwaving. They even showed off a baby. So fun to watch them glide through the turquoise sparkling water. They stayed with us until we left to go to our snorkeling spot. That reef, was full of all sorts of fish, besides a large stingray that was checking us out as much as we were him. A large group of barracudas came swimming through. I usually see only one at a time swimming around. I missed the giant Loggerhead turtle, that was swimming by the boat on the other side. When I was back on the boat a large shark swam by and we were served a nice refreshing snack of all organic, tasty fruits and vegetables, by one of the fun, interested and knowledgeable crewmembers, that made the whole trip work out smooth and unforgettable. The relaxed atmosphere with chill music made me dose off for a minute on the way back.My parents were thrilled and so was I. I highly suggest taking this trip♥️thank you Honest Eco, I only got on photo that's...

We absolutely loved the sunset snorkeling experience! The crew, Andrew and Hadden, were friendly and made sure if anyone had questions they were answered. We saw a ton of tropical life while snorkeling, including 3 huge grey stingrays and 1 eagle ray as well as a couple barracudas and tropical fish. No dolphins but what saw on the snorkeling portion made up for it. The fresh fruit was delicious and the boat was top notch and clean. It was very cool getting to actually sail on the trip back from the reef to Key West. I think this is a must-try experience if you’re staying in the Keys! Next time we’re back we will try one of their other experiences. :) PS: I recommend bringing a towel (we forgot) and a bag for your belongings, and giving yourself plenty of time to get there before your boat leaves. We had a hard time finding parking and got a parking ticket because the meter only allows for 2 hours max and the tour was 4 hours. But that’s no fault at all of Honest Eco, just tips to save other tourists the trouble!

We took two tours with honest eco. One was dolphin watch, snorkel and sandbar with Patrick and Sam. We did not see any dolphins and the snorkel site was nearly empty of all fish. The sandbar was…well a sandbar. And we stood in it. It was not my favorite day (I guess nature can just be that way). The other tour was morning sail, kayak and guided snorkel with Andrew and Sam. The kayak through mangroves was cool. We saw reef sharks, and rays, and birds and crabs. We tried a dive spot at Andrew’s suggestion, and it was a great success! Sharks, lobster, and salt water fish. So much fun…anddddddd on the way back in we caught a ton of dolphins and Andrew was kind enough to hang with them for a bit so we could really enjoy them! Of note, the morning sail had music, chill laid back vibes and Andrew said they would have stored drinks (including adult bevs) in the cooler had we brought them, but we didn’t know this was an option. All in all, increasing our odds by booking two days was the way to go!!
