Buddy's Home Furnishings — Attraction in Killeen

I have paid off items through this store previously no issues. The manager himself was never a problem until I hit a rough patch and needed to return the items. The delivery employees however are very unprofessional and ghetto. One was even so bad I would not allow him back in my house. He was rude he spit on my porch and was looking and staring through my glass door in a way that made my teenage girls very uncomfortable like a little creep or something. Therefore when I returned my items I set them outside my door because I wasn't allowing him back in. I took pictures of the items undamaged still brand new looking and took a video as well. They came 2 hours late to pick the items up and were cursing and everything because I watched and listened on my camera. Then the manager actually lied and flagged my account saying the items were throwed in the yard and not re-rentable which was a complete bold face lie so apparently he is just as ghetto as his employees and I have the videos and pictures to prove it. Also, corporate does nothing they only contact the store manager and pretty much takes their side. I would rather rent from a crackhead on the corner then ever deal with that location again . Only reason I give 2 stars is because shedrick is amazing. However I don't appreciate the harassment of why I couldn't make one payment when I've been consistent on my monthly payments. Mrs. Trina basically wanted a explanation to why I couldn't pay today which I ended up paying because I just wanna end up paying off the s2 things I have and be completely done. When I asked her to please let me talk to shedrick she proceeded to say are you having a good day as she was mocking me and the slight hiccup in my payment she also proceeded when I asked repeatedly to speak to shedrick she hung up on me. Of course imma call back speak to shedrick make my payment and imma leave a review. Unacceptable I will be reporting to corporate because u don't know someone's financial status, health issues or other reasons. Paying on my desktop the guy ran my debit card twice and stated it was denied. Immediately after the call I received a notification that 100 was taken from my account from this store. My notifications showed before and after balance to verify that payment was approved. Speaking with the mar SAM he was VERY rude, obnoxious and being in customer service over 20 plus years I'm pretty sure you all can do MUCH better than tthis guy.We are returning our other items however once this desktop is paid off ..Never again!
