This park is beautiful. It's location is between the transit center and the Kirkland Urban center. In the Kirkland Urban center there is a Shake Shack, PCC Market, QFC grocery store, Google offices, Boardwalk luxury home and much more. This park has a large playground, small basketball 🏀 court, two tennis courts. Also included is the water 💧 fountain fir you and your dogs. Furthermore, a small skateboard area, statues many picnic tables. There no barbecue stands. At the time I was here in the morning it was very peaceful.

I work with kids near here, so spend a lot of time in this park. There's a lot of wide open space, great hills, wonderful trees, a skate park and a really beautifully laid-out playground. The playground is very tall, though, which makes me a little anxious whioe watching over a handful of kids. Kids especially love the trees in the autumn - there's a particularly good one that creates the best kinds of piles of leaves!

I like the variety here and the grassy hills. The skate park is perfect for younger kids because their isn’t a bowl. Nice walking paths around, decent playground with basketball hoops, and a tennis court. I just didn’t see bathrooms or water fountains around

This Park is a lovely Park and it has a great view of the baseball field. There is the Marina Village right next to it and so is the beautiful Public Library of Kirkland. There is a safe playground that kids all ages play on. Also the skate park is a great place for beginners and veteran Skate Borders to skate at. The poll is right next to the park so in the summer you could go for a dip in the Pool of the Peter Kirk Public Pool. The neighborhood around the Park is very friendly and there are restaurants in every corner of this giant Neighborhood. The theater next to the community center is a great place to stop by and watch a play in the summer. There is so much more to do and tell about this wonderful Peter Kirk Community and we hop that someday you could come and visit Peter...

Over the past nine years my boys and I have often paired this park visit with a trip the the Kirkland Library, the Peter Kirk Pool, Kirkland Performance Center and/or the Shake Shack. All are within walking distance along paved park paths. At ages 6 and 9 they still love the playground structure and often request to visit this park which features a circular play area of varied climbing structures with several seating benches for parents to keep an eye on kids. With infants or toddlers, it can feel like a long walk from parking (most reliable spot is in the public lot under the library) to play, so a stroller may be helpful. The nearest public bathroom is probably the library or...
