I came to this salon because of the reviews. The salon itself is nice and is all white, so it gives the impression on luxury. Unfortunately the experience itself was interrupted several times because of ringing salon phones, which my stylist had to keep stopping to go pick up. I went in for a short French bob. Pedro was who cut my hair and he was super nice. The cut looked great when I left the salon since he blow dried it slightly rolling the ends in. I got home and wore my hair curly for the next few days. When I washed my hair and wore it straight. Flat ironing the ends. This is when I noticed the cut was really bad on one side. I contacted the salon and they fit me in for the following week...but no Apology at all. Unfortunately with work I was unable to make it. I called the salon several times and was unable to get in touch with anyone to cancel. So I emailed them letting them know I would need to cancel and sent them pictures of my hair. I have yet to receive a response. I am blown away by the lack of customer service and acknowledgment the mistake or what an inconvenience it is to even need to go back for a hair cut that should have been done right the first time. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

The picture with my chin up is the one where the hair is cut properly. The other picture with no form and several choppy pieces is the side where the hair was clearly improperly cut. I also never said I needed help styling. I have had this haircut several times before. It is a very versatile cut when properly done. Unfortunately I will be wearing it curly until the next time I get in to another salon. In the email I said I would live with it until my next cut because I live a busy life and can't make it back for something that should have been done right the first time. The lack of acknowledgment and value for your customers time is what made me decide to leave a bad review. You never responded to the email at all. Even after seeing the pictures which clearly show the problem. I was polite because people make mistakes and was willing to give you guys another shot. That is where it stops though, I went in for a consultation and the owner was the one who did it. I told him what I was looking for and asked if it was possible and he said oh yes absolutely, your hair is strong and healthy and the blonde should be able to pick up easily on your hair. I was told it would be $560 for the balayage gloss, toner, and haircut so I make my appointment for July 1. I went in yesterday and met with Gaby he sat me in the chair and asked what I was looking for, I told him blonde balayage and even showed him pictures for reference. He said that he would not be able to achieve that bright of a blonde because my hair was damaged and that the blonde wouldn’t stick most likely. I told him that is not what the owner said, the owner said it was possible and that my hair was strong and healthy. He said he could get me blonde but it won’t be a platinum blonde, I said that is okay as long as I’m not leaving here with blonde/orange hair it will be okay. (I knew I couldn’t get the bright blonde that I wanted because of my previous hair color but as long as it’s somewhat blonde to start out at least I would be happy.) He started and before going to wash my hair he started taking the foil out and I could see my hair, it was blonde (pictured below), I was so happy. I was like this is going to look great. He takes me over the sink and I’m just sitting there for at least 45 minutes, I guess some strands were still processing. I sat there for so long that I have a bruise on the back of my neck now from sitting at the sink. He finishes at the sink and we go back to the chair so he can cut and blow dry. Well he blow dried first and I can see my hair and it was GREY, I just wanted to cry right then and there. He finishes and I go straight to the bathroom and cry because this is no where near what it was suppose to be. I bought some of their purple shampoo in hopes I can turn it to something other then grey. I paid and they charged me $50 extra for something called “extra tube”. Read moreI moved here less than a year ago and haven't been able to find a quality hair salon. I did a Google search this morning for hair salons in Kissimmee, and I hit the jackpot! I come from Boston, and Aviles rivals any of the high-end salons found on Newbury Street! From the second I walked in the door until leaving, the service was outstanding, just A+. The entire experience felt like it was ME day and I was their only focus. I never once felt like I was 'just another haircut' to get done and get out the door - they truly do care that their clients are happy. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, bright, and trendy. I was impressed to note that every single employee made a point to make eye contact, smile, and say hello. I was lucky enough to have Pedro, one of the owners, work his magic on me. My hair was a mess when I walked in. I walked out looking and feeling like a million bucks! He LISTENED to me - which is so important - and he worked so hard to make sure I was happy, paying such attention to the little details. I am absolutely THRILLED with how I look! Pedro also gave me a tour of the separate spa area which has a very calming and peaceful vibe, state-of-the-art equipment, and beautifully decorated. They have plans to expand even more. Talked for a bit after my appointment with the owners and I was so impressed with how much they really do care and how important it is to them that their clients are happy with the services received.
