Unhappy customer: What should have taken about an hour ended up taking me 3 visits. What was 1 problem turned into 3 +. What should have been 5 stars turned into 2.

On day 1, I came to fix the cracked screen on my Samsung s23. After I was told it was fixed, I got 5 steps away and noticed the screen was coming off. They wrapped the rubber bands back on it and said to keep them on for a while. I kept it on for 2 + hours.

Day 2 My S-pen is not being recognized by my phone anymore. So after all attempts, they ask me if they can do a factory reset ( EVERYONE HATES FACTORY RESETS). Almost a week later, and I'm still recovering from it. The reset did nothing to fix the spending problem

On day 3, they got the right part and fixed the phone the right way.

I'm glad it's fixed, sorry it took so long and cost me extra money traveling back and forth for extra days plus all the sleep I lost that week sitting in the store. Wouldn't risk that happening again. I'll go somewhere else next time. If you do go here make sure they used the right parts. All this could have been avoided if they didn't lie to me and tell me they had the part, instead of trying the crap with the refurbished part. $300 would have been better spent in a store that didn't try the tricks to...

If you’re looking to getting your phone repaired, I highly suggest Express Phone Repair located in Kissimmee. I visited there a few times to get my daughter’s phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max) and my phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max) fixed, the back on both phones cracked. After the phones got fixed, they look just like new and everything works great on the phone. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Alex and Shawn are both very nice, professional, also very knowledgeable.

Today’s date, Sunday November 12, 2023. I was not able to add a new review so I added to the previous one I completed a month ago. On Friday, November 10, 2023, my phone (iPhone 14 pro Max) fell out of my back pocket and the back cracked, even with a case on it. The only place that came to mind was Express Phone Repair. Saturday, November 11th, I called and spoke with Alex and he remembered me, I explained what happened and he said to come in and he will take care of me. Later that afternoon, I went to drop my phone off. While my phone was being fixed, I ran a few errands, when I returned to the store, my phone was ready and looking as good as new. Alex, I want to thank you and your staff for your help, support, and your professionalism. I greatly appreciate everything.

Too many headaches with these people. I spent over a week dealing with these people just for a battery change. They changed my battery twice and then told me i have a IC problem on the motherboard and it’s going to cost 40 dollars more. Ok fair enough. I go to pick up my phone and just when i thought that this problem was finally resolved, now it says the battery health is degraded and it’s at 89%. How can a brand new battery be degraded? I show it to the dude and his answer was “i don’t know what that means but just use it and see what happens”. I shouldn’t be wasting this much time and gas just for a battery change on a phone. Maybe other people had good results with this store but i’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t really know what they’re doing.
