Island Nails Hair Tan — Attraction in Kissimmee

I came with my mother for a manicure and a pedicure. The establishment was extremely short staffed. Although they are all very kind people, I left this salon extremely unhappy and ended up canceling my manicure as well as my gel polish as a result of incredibly poor service. The nail technician assisting us was attempting to do both of our pedicures at the same. Later I was assisted by the owner, who tried his best I suppose however the job was not done as I expected (basic pedicure with callus removal). My feet were then attended to once more by the pervious nail tech that was also assisting my mother. Needless to say this nail tech did not do a good job at all to say the least. Both of our feet were bleeding once we left. And after 2 hours of attempting to get our pedicures done we decided to leave without any polish at all. We later visited another salon that was more than accommodating. Upon our attempt to explain the issue to the owner of this salon she was less than empathetic and basically said that there was nothing more that they could do for us but "try their best." This was not the treatment we expected considering we have come this salon on several occasions to have multiple services done. We paid as well as tipped this establishment although our needs were not met and we left without anything being done but a basic pedicure without polish. UPDATE FROM RESPONSE .. i get she has twenty plus yrs experience but that didn't reflect in the work she put into my nails ..she was super sweet just not her best day or she was rushing .. I'm ok on not coming back I already wasted 120 on this whole process I just won't be a repeat customer ......... .................. i didn't want to really leave a review until I had to respend my money .. I went in a few days ago had Tracey everything seemed fine I told her I wanted dip and idk how I ended up with gels so I let it go ..there was lots of distractions from phone calls to people coming in the salon so I didn't think much about it ..but my nails 4 days after already cracked I had product stuck on my cuticles I had to get off myself my nails weren't filed.. shaped ..anything the whole thing was sloppy as well as the paint job that looks like a toddler painted my nails .the whole paint job is uneven and missing paint in spaces on more then three different nails . yesterday two nails started lifting off so I had to pay another 50 to another salon to fix it .I came from the reviews I left disappointed .. everyone has a off day but after I had to get them redone thought I should leave...

HORRIBLE! My family and I were in town for the weekend for my daughter birthday and me my husband took her there where she myself and my husband ( his feet) went to get service terrible mistake! Normally when I get my nails and my daughter nails done price is no problem we spend 500 or better she treated me like I was on a CRAZY BUDGET! Didn’t have many options if you’re looking for a place to take your 78 yr old grand ma or mom have it! My acrylic was lumpy unshaped once again, didn’t have much options for the length. Every time I ask for something she quoted the price as if I couldn’t afford it I nicely mentioned that where I’m from nails techs go crazy she rudely responds and say every shop is different and she showed me exactly why the guy did our feet nice I’ve never had my feet look better than my hands I mentioned it didn’t look good she just tried to clump polish over it a eventually just made her stop my husband paid 300 and we went to Orlando and got them fixed I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless ur person is a big nail person and needed their nails done for their funeral.
