I am quite dissatisfied with Kissimmee Jewelers because in January 2022 I dropped off my sapphire bracelet for repair. As of April 18, 2022 I have not received my bracelet back, nor compensation of any kind for it although I have been promised a new replacement bracelet from the same company but have never received it. I have driven to the store a minimum of 4 times to address this issue but in spite of being promised I have never received a phone call or communication of any kind from this jewelry store. On my fourth and final visit on March 30, 2022 I was advised that Aurora Lopez, the office manager would contact me that day, the next day or on April first. Ms. Lopez never responded to me. At this point in time I can only conclude that my bracelet has been stolen by an employee. Moreover, management in the company has not provided monetary compensation for this loss or theft, and has not ordered the same bracelet for me as a replacement. I have also learned that this company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Although each individual staff member has been conciliatory during my visits on four separate occasions, management has willfully failed to respond to me. Clearly the strategy is for the customer to become discouraged and abandon their efforts. Please be wary of the jewelry repair aspect of this business.

Ive tried over 3 times to get information on a piece of jewelry i left almost THREE months ago. It was originally supposed to be done in 2 weeks. A month passed and after I had called multiple times and was able to reach them, there was some nee girl who couldnt even find my piece of jewelry. Great how organized. Then I was told it would ready in 2 weeks, when it was done someone would call me. NO ONE did. I called again and was told the jewelry designer must have it and they took my number (shouldnt they have it already) and someone would call me back as soon as the designer was back, i never got a call back and when i called, no answer. so ive also emailed them, weeks have passed and no response. Ive been calling back again, but no one answers and I canât even leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full. A friend told me to go here and to be honest even if they are good, this is Very bad customer service, i have had NO communication and STILL DONT KNOW HOW TO REACH THEM OR WHEN MY JEWELRY IS GOING TO BE READY.
