The seem very active in promoting the outdoors in there area. Over all I think they are making the world a better place
I didn't have a positive experience with their online store though. We order some shirts. Then we got a phone call saying they didn't have that size, and that they never did. I asked to cancel the order since that size wouldn't work for us. They said it was against policy to cancel orders, but then said they would get the correct shirts. Much later the shirts arrived in the wrong size, that we cant exchange or return.

Great modern building that has a cozy vibe. Friendly people. Lots of colorful brochures with loads of information with tons of activities that are available in Klamath County. I was not aware of all hiking trails in Klamath County, thankfully Discover Klamath had an awesome map for that! Love the RV parking as well and the picnic tables outside too.
