Brought my family in suuuuuuper awkward vibes.... no one said anything we just stood there...I asked if it's self seat finally because it was so awkward standing there.... they said yes.....then the rude old people we passed on the way in came in. Ok even more awkward..... the server was suuuuper awkward..... the food smelled good but definitely not family friendly vibes. We didn't even make it to ordering food. The other waitress came over and helped the super rude old people we passed on the sidewalk. There was plenty of room and my husband is deaf and the old lady was all like yelling "excuse meeee" like whhhhhat???? It's a sidewalk and we passed you respectfully we didn't want to walk on your hills with kids. They came in after us and got helped first. Ok fine I get it they are elders and probably regulars. Still no signs saying like "please seat yourself" no "hello welcome in" no "I'll be right with you" no smile from the one server who helped us just a scowl and if we wanted coffee and cups for the kids which was nice I guess? Idk I won't be back not the environment for me. Definitely not friendly. Definitely not the family welcome service the other reviews...
Read moreWe stumbled upon the Grill in June 2021. I was with my family of six adults during Covid restrictions, Sunday morning rush and only needed to wait about 20 minutes. For instance, the bacon was thickly sliced and the fruit was fresh (I had a mixed fruit and not one piece tasted bad or was from a can.). I had stuffed french toast and it put Sheri’s pie restaurant to shame, meaning it was excellent. Portions were plentiful for leftovers and even the house coffee tasted good. I looking forward to going back when I am in the Klamath area again. I suggest this little place to anyone who would like an old school hearty breakfast or lunch - but - get there before 2pm as they close...
Read moreThis was another pure Google Maps find, looking for some place to have breakfast on father's day. We were randomly in Klamath Falls after spending the prior night at Mt Shasta. Literally just looked for a place that was open Sunday morning for breakfast and this was the only choice based on reviews and photos.
The staff was genuinely hustling, it was super busy for father's day but they were running around setting up new tables and such. The waitresses are stone cold pros. They were a little busy just because it was a busy time, but the food was very good when it came. Not mind blowing but very good. Coffee was better than you might expect.
Also they have a 10 percent military...
