In the midst of a spontaneous road trip, finding a culinary treasure can truly elevate the journey. Today, our serendipitous discovery led us to Rodeo's Pizza & Saladeria, a delightful oasis for lunch that exceeded all expectations. As we arrived, the inviting patio of Rodeo's beckoned us to step inside. Immediately, the air was filled with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pizza, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The pizzas on display looked nothing short of culinary masterpieces, each a feast for the eyes. Opting to start with a salad, we were met with a burst of freshness that surpassed all notions of what a salad could be. The crispness of the vegetables and the vibrant flavors left us convinced that they had been picked mere moments before reaching our plates. Rodeo's Pizza & Saladeria is a true gem that delights all the senses. From the warm and welcoming ambiance to the impeccable quality of the food, every aspect of our visit was nothing short of exceptional. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by this extraordinary spot to savor the culinary delights that await. If you find yourself in the vicinity, do not miss the opportunity to experience the magic of Rodeo's Pizza & Saladeria. Your taste buds will thank you, and you will undoubtedly leave with memories of a dining experience that transcends the ordinary.

Rodeos Pizza and Saladeria is a cute little pizza shop with good food and a lot of charm. So of us had a salad, the small made for a nice addition to a couple of slices of pizza. The medium was more than a good sized meal for one and would be perfect for two to share. The home made Ranch dressing was awesome! I had the Jala-Ranch salad and it was so good! Lots of toppings in every bite with a ton of jalapenos, bacon and quinoa. It was yummy and filling. The pizzas were really good too (although they left it in the oven for 10 seconds too long for my taste and the crust was a touch too crunchy). They had a ton of different beers and drinks in cans, but I do not believe they had any on tap. Very cute place with lots of eye candy.

The pizza was pretty good, but the sauce was a bit too strongly flavored like tomatoes for my tastes, which resulted in a sweeter than average sauce. The crust was very nicely cooked, thin and crispy, but not like a cracker as some thin crusts tend to be. It was closer to Brooklyn style crust. The outside patio was very pleasant and the flowers they have around it make it a cozy little spot to eat. The only downside was the price. We spent around $80 for 2 slices, a large pizza, 2 salads, and two beers. I feel like the price to taste ratio was a bit skewed in favor of price, but it was still a nice stop overall.

Finally got to try the pizza tonight and have to say it was worth waiting for. It is a true representation of New York style pie. Most of what is in Klamath is what I call California pizza. A cracker like crust piled with toppings for flavor A true New York pie is more about the flavor in the crust with the toppings to give accent favors but not so many toppings that it takes away from the crust. Plus a New York pies is cooked at such a high heat to many toppings and it doesn't cook right.

So where to begin. The crust has a nice chew to is with a crisp bottom from the super hot oven. I'm guess 700 if not more. Gives it a char. I would have like a more aged flavor of the yeast but I understand the issue at having to slow rise the amount of dough they go through for the amount of time that takes. They only have so much room for storage. The sauce I was worried about after reading their description of seasoning but to my relief it was perfect. New York sauce is thin and not very acidic like the thicker sauces at a lot of chains. You taste it but it doesn't overwhelm the pie. The cheese is the perfect amount and good quality. For topping we got a large pepperoni and and half bell pepper half cheese. A good test for New York style is Plain cheese. This is where I like a little more age on the dough but like I said I don't see where they could possible store the amount of dough they would need for that amount of time. All together the cheese pie had good overall flavor where the cheese and sauce did not take away from the crust. The pepperoni was nearly perfect. Just the right amount of pepperoni so you taste it but that's not all you taste. Spot on. The Bell peppers were nice and fresh and still had a nice crunch to them. Again the toppings were just the right amount. In conclusion I must say they have done their homework and I admire all the hard work they have put into their restaurant. Making New York style pies is not an easy task and is a lot of work. If you like New York pies you will not be disappointed.

Just a warning the place is small and seating is very limited but pretty much every authentic mom and pop New York place I have been to has been this way.

Again great job and wish them all the best in this grand...

This was the best pizza we have ever had in our lives – and the best salad. We have never met a pizza we did not like, but this one was not even in the same universe as the best we’d had before. The crust was perfect, they prepared it exactly as we asked, and the pineapple on the Hawaiian side of our pizza was hand cut pineapple (not canned). The salad was super fresh, and we upgraded to add the quinoa, bacon, jalapeños, and other ingredients. The homemade ranch dressing was delicious. We were driving, so we did not avail ourselves of the many options of artisan brews, wines, or soft drinks. We opted for water from the self-serve drink station, and it was a happy surprise to discover that it was purified water with no hint of chlorine or other additives. The young man who took our order was friendly, helpful, and downright fun. It is a quaint little restaurant with a bohemian vibe—an A+ plus experience from...
