Hi-Tech Arcade — Attraction in Kure Beach

Cool little Arcade near the Kure Beach Pier. The staff was friendly and the arcade seemed to be well kept. The carpets were swept and the place was very clean and modern looking. They had lots of fun games and lots of cool prizes. Pretty much your standard prize choices when it comes to cashing in tickets. All of the games worked and I didnt see a single one that was out of order. My daughter had a blast playing all the games and just running around. Not very many games and you have to pay for parking outside. A lot of the games were broken. They weigh your tickets instead of counting them which decreases the overall amount of tickets you end up with. The prizes are overpriced and not worth the tickets at all. You have to use cash or an atm to even get tokens. There was one working game that cost 1 token and one working game that cost 2 tokens, every other game cost 4 tokens; leading to you going through them very quickly. Fun mix of old and newer games. Token machines only take cash - there is an ATM inside, but there's a $4 fee for withdrawals. $10 = 44 tokens. It's a small-ish arcade, but this kept 2 adults busy for maybe 45 mins. Most games require 4 tokens, though there are a few that are 1 or 2.
