Yep yep! Not much sooner than your visit I went in to exchange a controller and had the pleasure of being taken "care" of our "the white guy".

Are you me? As soon as I mention the word exchange he just barks without acknowledgement "DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT?"cue me TRYING to interject with that info "Did yOu L0ok aT tHe rEcIept?"
First, YOUR job is to serve the customers' needs not backwards, and especially not with that attitude.

We went from an exchange, to a trade, and now pointed at a return policy that treats all 3 as separate actions, brilliantly showing how little he heard.

After waiting in the two hour line he was able to help me with a transaction that was made on 11/20/17 in order to obtain the item for the Black Friday discounted price. Ricky advised that "technically no" this was not allowed, but that he would assist me anyway in which I was thankful for. He also stated he would help me under these conditions. "One, never do this again. Two, leave us a review and tell us how great we are." I apologized to Ricky for the inconvenience. Read moreWe've been here 4 times in the past 3 months and EVERY time we come they are closed. It started off being 30 minutes - now they have been closed for an hour the past two times.
I understand there is only one person but this is poor planning on their end. We always call ahead and it's a waste of our time for them to always be gone.
Look - I get it they don't pay the best but if your store is going to have advertised open hours the store should be open during those hours. I would rather they change their hours to be shut down for an hour in the middle of the day so we know a time not to go. We've gone varying times during the day and no matter when we go they are closed.
We want to keep supporting physical media and gamestop but at this point my husband and I just aren't sure we even want to keep...
