Let me start by saying I haven't had Little Ceasars in well over a decade. I randomly had a craving for that nostalgic garlicy crazy bread and decided to get some pizza and crazy bread. I ordered at 7:03 and walked up to the store and there were so many people inside there was a lady blocking the front door so I literally couldn't even get in the establishment. I shopped around for 30 minutes as it said my order would be ready at 7:27pm. I arrived back at the store at 7:35 thinking by now it's gotta be ready it was just 1 pizza and crazy bread. I walked in and there were no employees up front for the first 10 minutes. Someone came along and I said who I was picking up for and they went to check and came back and said it'd be ready in 10 minutes (already waited 40 minutes and it was 10 minutes late at this point). So I stand at the wall with 10 other people waiting. 5 or 6 customers come in while I'm standing there with the 10 people waiting and the cashier is telling everyone the wait is "10-15 minutes" even though at this point I've been waiting 52 minutes and in the last 22 I've been standing there not a single person has gotten their order. A new cashier comes up front and so I get back in line to ask if mine is ready yet since it's now been a full hour that I've been waiting for 1 simple cheese pizza and crazy bread. This cashier seems to be the only one functioning in the store as she's telling everyone how to do the job properly and begging management to help her as the cash register won't open and the guy in front of me needs change. After verbally berating the manager on duty for a good minute and a half demanding they help her because the lobby is full and this guy needs his change the manager finally crawls to the front to help open the register and immediately hides in the back again. The poor cashier was at her wits end. I make my way to her and tell her who I'm waiting for and she goes back to find 3 pizza boxes stacked on top of eachother for God knows how long and she turns and tells the guy to not stack pizza boxes. Multiple orders were ready and sitting there for at least 30 minutes and not one goes into the pickup display. I finally get my food after over an hour waiting just for the box to fall apart after being stacked against greecy pizza boxes. Got home and the pizza was downright inedible and the crazy bread was half raw and cold to the touch. I will never in my life eat at Little Ceasars again and would like management to reach out for a refund. $16 for 1 pizza and crazy bread is deplorable coming from a $5/pizza restaurant but I was okay paying it for the advertised "Hot n Ready" which it was neither hot nor ready. 0/10...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy kid comes and ask what is for lunch. He suggests pizza and we start looking around at pizza deals. I grew up on Little Caesars Pizza and my son had not had it in awhile, so we decide to order. I jump on the app and order. I order a large pepperoni for him and the crazy puffs party pack. I order the pizza and headed over to pick it up. The pizza tracker in the app is a great idea, but you continually have to pull down to refresh it. You get an idea of when your pizza will be ready, but that is not an exact science. I had hoped that maybe I might get a text message that my pizza was ready for pick up, but did not even get that. As you walk in, there is no one to be found. There are 2 employees in back. There are 2 guys just waiting in the corner and another guy that walked in behind me. Supposedly, I was supposed to got the headed pick up box, see my name listed and pick up my pizza. I did not see my name anywhere, even though I could see an order in the slot. I had to stand at the register where I heard this woman's voice from the back, "I will be right there." You would think they would be paying more attention to which customers are coming in and what not. I ask for my pizza and she pulls it from the "pizza portal". She says, "Oh, I need to get you your cookie." She goes to the back grabs and slides it on my pizza box. Thanks? There was no greeting, no thank you, no nothing. You would think this lady would put forth a tad bit more effort other than feeling like i was wasting her time. Also, why have a "pizza portal" if I can not even get my pizza? If I saw my name, I could have grabbed it and moved on. I still would have had to wait for the cookie, but might have made it a little easier.
The pepperoni pizza is what you expect, cheap, skimpy on the toppings. The crust tasted like it was supposed to be cinnamon sticks, as it had a sweet, cinnamon flavor to it. Perhaps someone did not clean between making pies? Pepperonis were small, sauce was tasty, they were very sparse on cheese. I guess that is what you get for ordering from this place. This is NOT the Little Caesars I remember. The Pizza Puffs were good. I got a 3 pack that came 4 to a box and got 3 boxes. They were a tad bit better than the pizza by itself. The Cookie was a pre wrapped cookie that was made offsite. It is NOT worth the almost $5 they want for it.
Overall, it was a disappointing visit. I guess I should have looked over the reviews before coming here because apparently I am not the only one that thinks this place is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTried three times to eat here and failed in the last week (November 22, 23 and 26) because God help me for some reason I enjoy the lunch combo in this place . It used to be a quick nice thing i can snag on my lunch at noon. but they have failed me so many times it is embarrassing. First time, I went in and they were out but offered to make one if I waited 10 minutes. Thus defeating the purpose of quick lunch break food. So sadly just didn't have the time on lunch, ended up back at work hungry possibly not their fault, I am cool with that. Next time I tried: attempted SEVERAL times to call them on the phone and place an order to make sure I could have one for lunch. Busy every single time, ended up just driving there on lunch and hoping for the best. Same thing again; somehow we don't have any lunch combo ready at 12. None in the oven or being prepared but you can wait 10 minutes for one. We'll 2nd time I don't have that long of a break to make it work. Back at work hungry again. š« 3rd time today 11/26 1:15 pm Tried calling off and on every few minutes for well over an hour to try and once again hope I can get that delicious deep dish on my lunch break. Busy every time I tried to call. Drove over there again and asked about a lunch combo. YET again none being ready or anyone giving a darn to make some. I decided what the hell and tried to call them in store. Busy signal again and no one around on a phone, no one talking on anything and yet we are too good to speak to our customers and take an order. Phone off the hook on purpose? Just give up on advertising the lunch promotion and admit you don't have a franchise who gives a damn about...
