I am in the category of a senior citizen and a veteran. Needless to say the neglected group from the government. I am new to the social security system and the VA benefits. So I am trying to adjust my lifestyle to the meager change that the government expects me to live on after they exploited the money in the system to their personal use. I have to stretch about 2 weeks pay into 4 weeks of living. I go to various restaurants knowing I will be very close to my limit of spending each day when I order. Towards the end I actually fall short. Case in point today. Usually I may be short change or about a dollar. I placed my order with Sylvia today. I have to give a big shout out and a heart felt thank you to her. My order was more than my funds. But, after adjusting my order (deleting some items) to what I could afford. I managed to still get my order.
Sylvia, you are what makes a difference in the future. I personally want to thank you for your unrecognizable to social media and no recognition for what you do in true times of being a hero. Read moreI had to wait more than 45 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich, that they completely forgot to even put my order in the back or threw my order ticket away. Not sure, but the kid that was going around bringing everyone their food said there was no order put in but I had the receipt. One of my friends asked to speak to a manager and to comp the food or do something to make up for it.The manager never even came to check on us. They were serving people that came in 25 even 30 minutes after I did. My group finished eating all of their food before I even had mine to the table. Now as you can imagine we are now in the fast food restaurant for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes. And people who got there that much later already ate all their food and who left. Now some people might look at this review and say okay, that was one simple mistake.Everybody else was getting their food.It's not like it was happening to everyone. Maybe this review is not made to deter.Everybody from this restaurant plus I mean, who are we kidding? This is waterburger and everyone goes there. My hope is that the right person in management might see this and respond to it and next time. Just acknowledge that they made a mistake. Read moreMy experience with this location has been nothing but awful. I don't normally go to this location but because of its proximity to my work its the only one I can go to. The 1st time I had an issue with them was that they got my order wrong and didn't label anything on the wrappers so I couldn't tell what was what and since it was a group order for work I didn't want to open them up and touch them to check, even when I got them to my coworkers none of them were right, either missing ingredients or added things specifically said to not have on it. I gave them another chance and placed a lunch order online, I got there the time I was told to, I went to the drive thru and then waited in the 2nd line I was told to go to. I watched as cars ordered and payed and got their went but I still had no food, it all should've been ready since I arrived on time and I payed online so why was it taking so long. Well my lunch break isn't long and I had already wasted most of it waiting in the drive thru that I had to leave. I didn't get my order, I tried getting a refund but because it was an online order they aren't responsible for it.
