I've been here twice. The first was dine in, we had a great experience, the waiter was very accommodating and kind. I was just here the other day picking up an order we placed ahead of time.. I walked in and was greeted by this women (young lady?), and she continued to ask what the name was on the order?, I replied and told her.. she proceeded to the counter where orders were waiting to be picked up, she asked again... what the name of the order was?!.. and so, I spoke up pretty LOUD to make sure she heard me (since, I was wearing a mask and the name is not common in this country or at all). You can tell her demeanor changed to COLD!. She brought up the order to a vacant table and I also requested 3 beverages to go, she went to the back, served them and brought them up. Now this is where I was confused and taken back a bit, because she took my cash and went over to her (personal) purse and was doing the math for $20 of a charge for $8 on the drinks, and she counted twice and made an additional trip again to get more change. I asked for a cup carrier holder.. she glanced behind her and you can tell she wasn't engaged anymore at this point with my requests, so I said "never mind" as I totted my large brown bag with 3 pho orders inside of it. Not one person asked to help or look for a carrier (mind you there is about 3-4 employees standing around the register area) so, I made 2 trips to retrieve my last drink which I had to leave inside as I brought out my order to the car. After driving back to the house I noticed one of the tops was leaking some and I took a sip of the sprite which I had ordered and come to find out the it had zero taste, the syrup in the dispensing machine had to have been empty (or otherwise) so I had to discard 2 large drinks that I was charged that were not to par. Complete contrast from day to night, as far as a in restaurant experience and ordering ahead. What a disappointment and waste of time this last trip!.. check your orders before leaving.🤷🏽♂️ I can only assume this was my fault for not being more demanding or causing a scene. Thought I was patient enough, be reminds me that some people do not know true service.. even though that's their true job title and don't really want to be where they are working and take it out on others they...

We have pretty much tried everything on their menu. Their springrolls, pork belly bun, calamari, and steamed dumplings are good. Their sushi to me seems messy, something quickly put together. The siingaporean dish was dissapointing, they don't stir fry the vermicelli noodles with the meat and veggies, like other places do, they just put it on the side. Their pad Thai is good, nothing special. The shaken beef is good (according to husband). My husband likes and always orders the braised pork belly. Their pho is good, nothing special. I love vermicelli bowls, but their pork is hard, chewy, and dry. I then tried it with tofu, but they gave me huge, uncut, burned tofu. I was not happy. They also did this with another dish, they didn't cut the tofu, which makes it harder to eat. This is upsetting to me because the other Vietnamese places that we've gone to, always cut their tofu, and it's not burnt. Their seafood curry is good. My husband tried the Bahn mi, he wasnt a big fan of it being a big piece of bread, with a small portion of meat and veggies. We understand these sandwiches are known for this, and he won't be ordering this again. I have tried their fried rice about 2/3 times, and each time, it was oily and flavorless. Everytime, I have had to add salt and different seasonings (from home) just to give it flavor 😮💨😮💨. I kept ordering it because I was hoping that maybe it was a bad day and the next one would be better, but no..
We don't usually dine in, but when we do, there is a lack of service, especially if you're sitting outside.
(11/05/23- update) Last time we had food (lo-mein dish, fried rice, and seafood curry), it all had nice flavors, therefore giving them...
Read moreLocation is good I just expected it would be better than what it was my mom ordered a noodle soup for me I was on a business call outside. the soup tasted like fish and the noodles tasted like chicken ramen and it has so much meat in there and it had also fish pieces didn't recognized the meat look like it was like scraps with pieces of fat in the soup I try to eat it felt so sick the only thing that kind of made me feel better was the free mint and the soda I bought from Burger King. there was nobody around to check me out I felt like a prisoner in there I felt sick couldn't leave so I sent my kids to go pay and they gave me big change where I couldn't leave a tip just a few dollars after that meal or at least my meal I left upset I felt like so sick. did not taste like traditional pho. I did order four egg rolls for $8. those were pretty good I could only eat half of mine since I felt full and sick. I couldn't get that nasty taste out of my mouth I did try to make the best out of it I should have never touched the soup. Never going...
