Cabinet Magic — Attraction in La Habra

I literally cried tears of joy the first day that I was able to use my new kitchen! Everyone at Cabinet Magic went above and beyond to design and install a kitchen that far exceeds my dreams!

My husband and I were doing major renovations on our home. Doing my due diligence, I proceeded to get several quotes. After reading several Yelp reviews, I decided to drop into Cabinet Magic's showroom to set up an appointment. I had a great feeling from the start.

Sonia is most likely the first person you will encounter. She is lovely and eager to make sure you are helped. We had several interactions over the next few months and she is always a pleasure to deal with.

Mark, the owner, heard me talking to Sonia. Even though I didn't have an appointment, he immediately stopped what he was doing and sat down with me for a long while. He told me about their process, timeline, gave me a tour of the production area, and answered all of my questions. He also helped me to communicate exactly what I was looking for. Very quickly afterwards, Mark emailed me the most detailed quote I had received from anyone. I appreciated knowing exactly what I was getting and how much the price would be. We ultimately chose Cabinet Magic and couldn't be happier.

Once we decided on Cabinet Magic, Sergio quickly came to our house, took measurements, and helped me design our kitchen layout. Poor Sergio had to do several revision as new thoughts popped into my head. He was more than kind and very patient.

During production of my cabinets, I would occasionally have questions or need coordination with my contractor. Mark was always there to answer questions, meet with my contractor, or make adjustments if he was able to. Communication with Mark was always excellent!

Cabinet Magic had our cabinets completed ahead of schedule so they could be installed the minute we were ready. Bidal came and installed them. Nelson and his crew came to stain and paint them. Additionally, Cabinet Magic's crew built a beautiful hood and hung open shelving. Every one of Cabinet Magic's team was professional and pleasure to be around. It all seemed to come together seamlessly.

I truly wish I could give cabinet magic a higher rating. Every timeline was met. The price didn't waiver. Every person was communicative, hardworking, professional, and kind. The cabinets are beautifully made. My kitchen is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier!

So we ordered our cabinets in December of 2021 and was promised a 90 day turnaround once we approved their design and our cabinet selection. So we received an overpriced estimate and contract for our small kitchen in January but selected this vendor since they committed to the 90 day turnaround. 35K for a small kitchen was their estimate. We accepted the contract terms and waited for their response. We waited 2 months and never heard from them. Upon calling, they said we never signed off on the kitchen design and that we were to follow up. So the issues began. We signed their agreement officially in March. We waited another 60 days, and followed up again. This time they said they had issues with their process. We waited another 2 months and followed up. They then committed to a 2 week install. But this was to add the required electrical and and dry wall requirements. Still no cabinets. We waited another month and finally they installed 1/2 of the cabinets. They claimed the doors were manufactured incorrectly and had to redo them. After 3 attempts to add the doors, they finally added all but one door but left us with no door handles. They said they would return. A month later we followed up again. They forgot about the handles, whoops. By July we still had a missing door and left with unfinished items. Gap in between the cabinets and refrigerator, sink gap between cabinets, and scratched floors from not covering the floors when working. We waited until August for the completion and a promise for compensation for this disastrous experience. We never heard from them again. Mark the owner, promised a perfect experience and a completed project the whole time with a promise for compensation for their lack of professionalism. We ended up paying $50K for the completed project. I would not recommend this company ever. They are unprofessional, over priced and cannot deliver timely. Very bad operations and a lack of consideration for their customer. Progress payments to them was demanded immediately while they took their time to compete the project. ...

wanted to take the time to express how happy I am with my new kitchen from Cabinet Magic. My experience was 5 star from start to finish. I want to call out the team of professionals there that made my experience wonderful. It started in their large showroom full of displays, colors and doors styles. I met Sonia at the front desk and she showed me around answering my questions. She then set my appointment for my estimate. Mark the owner came to my home and listened to what I wanted to do. He told me how I could transform my kitchen and get an island I've always wanted. He provided me with ideas and accessories for me to consider to make my kitchen unique and functional. My kitchen was designed by Ben, their blueprinter who took measurements of my kitchen and designed the layout on a computer for me to see it before they built it in their factory, which is the same place their showroom is located. They took me back there to see the quality of the cabinetry and how they built them. Janine coordinated all the workers to my home and kept me informed and what to expect from start to finish. If I had questions I was able to reach her and get answers I needed. Vidal my installer came and he worked continuously and meticulously until all my cabinets were set in place perfectly! Then the countertops, tile splash, handles and appliances were all set and the results were WOW! Dana, the Project Manager, was at my house several times during the course of the installation looking things over, making sure they were correct and allowing me the opportunity to verify things so they met my expectations. I am so happy I chose to go with Cabinet Magic. The entire process went smooth and the staff were friendly, respectful to my home and really cared about making me happy.
