In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in La Habra

I went to there with a decent size order. 6 people to be exact. When I pulled up to the window, the girl was very nice, asked about sauces and what not. She handed me six sodas, two bags and a box. I asked if all 6 orders were in there, she replied... "of course!" I do not live close to this location, and should've checked my order myself. I drove home to find only 5 hamburgers when I opened the box! Ughhh, so frustrating! Without even checking if she missed the fries as well, I stormed out of the house in the rain frustrated of coarse, and drove all the way back to in and out. I did call the customer service line first, and spoke with an amazing customer service rep. She advised she had called ahead to have my order corrected, and just needed to go to the window to pick it up. When I arrived, I asked for the manager, as I was informed to do so, and he came to the window and said....., "Hi, sorry about that, cheeseburger right?!" I said yes, then he said okay it's going to be a few. I waited some more standing out in the cold, he finally brought it to me. Why I assumed he gave me the right burger was again another mistake on my part. By the time I got in the car and noticed, I was over it all. My food at home was cold, and now I was sitting in the car with the wrong burger. Needless to say I lost it when I got home and realized fries were missing too!

I have to say, I was very disappointed with this experience, and will be looking for a different location in the future. ☹...

In & Out Burger has always been one of the best fast food chains. They cook your burger when you order it, make their own fries fresh daily. They are owned by a family and are not franchised, they don't have t.v. ads which saves them a ton of money, the family believes in God and they show it by putting Bible verses on the bottom of every cup, on the hamburger wrapper and recently I've noticed a verse on the French fry trays. I like In & Out Burger for that reason alone. Anyone who is not ashamed to acknowledge God has a good heart, it shows by how the company treats it's employees. In & Out's starting pay is the best of any fast food chain! Their food is tasty and fresh always, their shakes are made with real ice cream and are thick and delicious. For a company that does no advertising they are always packed. They don't need gimmicks or lures to attract business they attract happy customers the old fashioned way by the high quality of their foods and the superior...

Why is it every time I come to this in and out everybody that works there is so stuck up and they do not pay attention to how they're overcooking everything I damn near broke a tooth trying to eat a french fry right now cause they were so overdone, not to mention they forgot to put my chopped chilies on my burger...Again. I'm tired of not saying anything and unfortunately this is close to my work so I go here a lot. You ask them for something and they look at you like, ''how dare you, can't you see I'm busy talking to a co-worker about who I got with last night?'' I mean children and young adults come here and if I can hear you they can hear you for sure. It's just crazy to see. And I'm not one to complain but enough's enough. It takes a lot to get me to the point of having to do a negative review..Get your act together or get some new employees that are worthy of the name in and out. And I know I'm not the only one that feels this way....
